I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by FedEx on a recent transaction involving high-value items. We trusted FedEx with the shipment of several smartphones, with a cumulative value exceeding $3,000, as part of a trade-in program. Regrettably, this trust was misplaced. Upon their supposed 'secure' arrival, the phones were found to be missing from the packages, indicating a serious breach of security during transit.The incidents involve separate shipments, all of which were mysteriously tampered with and relieved of their contents. This pattern suggests a failure in FedEx's responsibility to safeguard the parcels entrusted to their care. It is unthinkable that such a lapse could occur not once but on multiple occasions, and with packages that clearly bear the marks of high-value contents.I urge anyone considering using FedEx for shipping to think again or at the very least to take extreme precautions. Ensure that you document the handover of your package, including its condition and weight, through video recording. It is clear from our experience that this level of evidence may be necessary to hold FedEx accountable or to prove the contents were indeed as claimed should such unfortunate circumstances arise.Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only have we lost valuable property, but we have also lost valuable time and faced immeasurable stress due to the negligence and potential security issues within FedEx's handling process. Rest assured, we will be seeking all available remedies and advising our network to avoid FedEx for their shipping needs.

Fantastic service and assistance from the manager J’nelle. I came in last minute for some flyers I needed for a charity event at my restaurant the following day. Despite my terrible planning, she assistant me with my request. Thank you J’nelle for your help!!!

I have never experienced anything but prompt and kind service at this store. Even when the store is very busy, the team here works hard to give everyone walking through the door great service. I am always super impressed!

If you misplaced or received and do not have a tracking number FORGET FedEx or the store will be responsible helping you finding your missing package.I spoke with a very negligent customer service people at FedEx claims department and they simply do not care.I also spoke with the Male store manager at 4805 Briarcliff RD NE store In Atl GA and he was as incompetent as the corporate office individuals.They lost my originals documents and DO NOT DELIVER what they were supposed to do.EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY and people DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I recently had a fantastic experience at FedEx, where Xavier and the staff provided kind, quick, and professional service. From the moment I walked in, their attentiveness and efficiency were evident. Xavier went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly, and the entire team maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I appreciate their dedication to excellent customer service and will undoubtedly choose FedEx for my future printing needs. Highly recommended! I wish I could rate Xavier 10 stars!!

this location is ON POINT. i’ve ordered from them multiple times for my daughter’s birthday invites and then for some party favor print outs. each time my order is perfect and done prior to estimated time. i even recently made a mistake on an order and xavier (sweetest employee ever) didn’t hesitate to fix it me.

send a shippmenr two weeks ago. it was a quick drop. but my package was delivered empty. i was told there us nothing they can do to confirm there was an item in the package. i am sure they have cameras to check what happened. will try another location. I should have read the reviews first

I shipped an electronic item to Samsung that was received as an empty untampered box! I filed a claim with FedEx for missing item which was denied as the shipping label was started by Samsung although the item lost was mine (paid fully by me). I tried to do a complaint with FedEx over the phone ( the only available way offered) and the agent refused to take my complaint and asked me call later as we are busy with the snow storm! What type of service is this! If I can offer a NEGATIVE mark I would have done that. Be careful when shipping anything with FedEx!

I would give it 0 stars if that were an option- this was the last time I will go here. Asking the most basic questions gets you “eye rolling - teeth sucking dismissive responses” as if everyone that walks in the door there should have absolute and complete knowledge of the operational practices of this company and the services they provide. The young man that finally offered to help me check out with a purchase- 2 of us in line - 3 people working - needed to joke and laugh with the other rude person he was working with first - enjoy a bottle of water and check his phone before offering to ring me out - professional courtesy is absolutely not something you will get here.

If you use them for Pack and Ship, confirm the full pricing after shipping costs for package services as well.After I agreed to a price that I thought included shipping, the sales associate packed my van's floor mats in a box. He then calculated the price to ship a box and immediately told me sorry that the shipping would be $120 to Texas. He was nice but kept saying sorry that the shipping was so expensive.I had to pay $20 for packing a box that was just my floor mats and packing paper. I ended up going with UPS which was $57 to ship my package.

This FedEx store has gone down tremendously. Extremely unprofessional and rude assistant manager, Janelle. I have not experienced this bad in forever. Manager Dustin tried to get her to become more professional and it was a big fail, totally unruly.

I wanted to acknowledge John today. He was very helpful with assisting us (3 females) with his dolly and bringing our 140lb package to the car! I wasn’t expecting that kind of initiative from an employee and was very impressed by his chilvary and kindness. Please make sure John is recognized, preferably monetarily.

Friendly staff and great service! They were quite busy when I went in , but they were multitasking. The gentleman was very helpful! I forgot his name (it may have started with a B or J) but he has a low cut! The young lady that was there, kyra was friendly as well.
