Worst customer service, they laughed in my face saying how they could not help me. They will not deliver your package will tell you they attempted knowing they never even tried I have ring doorbell & all I see is my neighbor's.

Super stupid employee wouldn't ship our boxes that had just come FedEx. Gel batteries that we ship all over the world ground and air with propper labels as directed by US guide lines and FedEx directions. Photos show safety lables and the previous FedEx purple and clear packing slips. Lady was rude and refused to just do her job. Refused to get management and refused to read the FedEx guidelines posted on the website, which includes pics. She saw our 12pc shipment and got pissed they weren't prelabeled and just shut down. Even went as far as to stop doing our shipment to help customers coming after us

Mr. Joseph and Sabrina were very nice. She made us laugh, while he helped us in a tight situation. Mr. Joseph helped get the heavy package out of the car with no problem. Both seemed to know how to handle their jobs very well. Great customer service. Their smiles were helpful when you are working with a stressful situation. I was happy that their hours accommodated our time line. Even though it's like 22 miles from our home, I would travel for great customer service.

Their very strictest when it caused of my family member sent a package which is originally mines with my name on it ,but it was sent to my mother. So it was double working me to go back and get my mom because the employee at this company said I would have to get my mother to call some number & then that party will verify it was not my night that night!!!!!!

I called fed ex today 10/ 20/23 at 4:45pm est and spoke to the representative Crizelda. She told me my package was attempted to get delivered 4 times which is a total lie. I work from home so this is how I know its a total lie. They didnt leave no tag on my door at all and they state that Monday will be the last delivery attempt in which they never even made the first attempt. I verified my address etc and everything is right so why are your employees lying about delivery of packages???? I need my package asap ans for these drivers to be held liable for lying for lying or I will report this to the FTC.

Driver completely lied about attempting to deliver my package. No signature was required so no one was required to be home but they never made it to my house anyway. Now they are saying I have to wait 2 days for a second attempt delivery since the delivery was scheduled for Friday or I can call the shipper to allow me to pick it up. FedEx delivers on Saturdays so I'm confused why I have to wait when their lazy driver decided not to fulfill the delivery on the original day.

I can’t believe I use to work for this company!!! I paid a lot of money to have a package overnighted to me because I really needed the package.. they claimed they delivered it but it was the wrong house and when I went to where they delivered the package it was still not my package!!! I’ve called 7 times, I have a case open, and they keep saying they will call me back and still haven’t heard from them. This is day 2 and I just spoke to someone in another country and they said they will make this a priority and reach out to the local center. No response! I ask for the local office address and they couldn’t give it to me!! This is unbelievable!!! Totally a mess and they don’t care!! I DO MY BEST IN THE FUTURE TO NOT SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN!! This is bad!!!!!!!!

Exceptional customer service experience on my birthday September 5 I’m so thankful for beRita /driver and Joe / Michelle at the customer service counter they all went above and beyond to make my birthday gift arrive in time before my dinner started . I’m an USPS employee SSA I deliver the exact type of service I’m thankful it was return on behalf of an different courier service . Thank you Fedex for hiring such supportive caring workers there definitely Team Players they all should be recognized and given a raise .

I visited this location on 8/21 very upset but I was met with so much understanding and the best customer service ever! Her name is Shbrita Andrews she made sure my package would be found and made all the necessary calls. She also called me personally to follow-up to let me know to come back the next day and someone should be able to assist. I wished everyone can go over and beyond as she did...her customer service skills is top service. I hope her managers see this review and post this message where her Fedex co-workers can see as well. A piece of S#!$ company. Had a delivery they said was from 9AM-1PM waited till 1:30PM but had to work at 2PM. They didn't come until 6PM! If a package requires to be signed it needs to be within those time frames. Tried calling customer service and was not able to get past the automated BS. JUST SO OVER YALL. Every time I receive an order from FEDEX I always expect complications with their old outdated system. I always go with UPS when i have the choice to pick my shipmen. Unfortunately this order was was the catalyst to leave a review.
