They suck!!!! They are absolute @$$holes! Unfortunately we used them to get a home mortgage. We had a match for a better rate but we were close to close so kind of Stu k, they could have gotten the rate and they didn't. I am pissed. Don't use them. They are rotten!

I am pleased with the services I am getting and will be receiving from Fidelity. The only thing that I am not pleased with is I was told by the banker who opened my account that my money would be available on the13th of august and now I'm told that I cant't have access to it until the 21st. I'm not very happy with this .

Absolutely awful mortgage servicing. Would advise any/all against using this institution for your real estate needs. This brand who supposedly prides themselves on being service orientated and "your neighbor" on the basis of their "golden rule" could not care less about the customer. They failed to post a sizeable payment to my account and in turn seem to have lost it and couldn't care less about making things right. Not even the CEO Palmer Proctor is concerned about correcting a serious internal mistake. Quite a shame as in todays day and age you'd hope the "local" bank actually acted like one and not a money hungry big bank.
