I have tried countless time to get ahold of someone regarding a cash offer I did not receive. It has been a month now, with countless emails and phone calls after I went in person and I have not received one response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

ATM swallowed my cash! Tried to deposit $1000 and the machine said no cash deposited and just closed session.

I feel really sorry for the staff here; they certainly try to fulfill customers requests, but the requests go into the nether that is Fifth Third upper management and are never completed. I had three tasks that I met with the staff over 5 different times in May-June, and I thought them all to be completed... only for none of them to actually be approved. If Fifth Third really wants to compete in Atlanta they must staff their branches better (2 employees is laughable) and fire whoever is COO and get someone competent.Edit: LoL, can't make this stuff up. Go to my account, click the "Chat" icon, get ""400 - Invalid redirect_uri". Guess I won't be chatting with the social media team!

I had booked three different appointments with the bank, nobody returned my calls, when I asked why the appointments were not honored despite providing me prior appointments, they were pretty rude and told me that they are short staffed. I can’t understand why they would give appointments if they know they are short staffed. Booked my fourth appointment (as in person) for 5PM, this time the guy at the bank (Oscar Salazar) told me that they close at 5PM. I don’t know why their appointment scheduler shows up availability till 7PM when they are closing at 5PM. Their response for that was “It was system error”. I don’t know how many system issues they have, not dealing with this bank anymore. Totally unprofessional.

Liars and thieves. They promised there would be no fees for an account which I seldom used. They lied. With no warning, they sucked my account dry with fees. They deny any responsibility. Liars and thieves, pure and simple.When I contacted their "social media" department, at their request, they informed me that their fine print excuses the lies of their employees. They completely refused to admit their problem.

The bank teller Sam is pretty awful. You probably won't know her by name because she consistently does not wear her name tag. I have been banking with Fifth Third as my primary bank for several years now and I had a very negative initial interaction with her involving eye rolls, and judgement of my financial awareness. I forgave this interaction and wrote it off as her having a bad day. Unfortunately this same attitude reappeared in my second interaction with her, leaving me to conclude she has a deplorable attitude towards customer service. The reason I will not go as low as a single star is on account of the branch manager. Although I think he has made a poor hiring decision in Sam, he has demonstrated the care I am familiar with receiving from Fifth Third.

Please stay away. Safe your timeI went today so happy to payoff my car loan,I get to the register and the first lady was so rude and nasty. She have the worst attitude. I wish I can remember her name.. She look like she was looking for a fight or arguing with someone. since I have my daughter with me, I didn't want to make a big deal soI asked to work with someone else.The second lady I work with, was very nice polite. however she give me the wrong among to payoff my car so now I am stuck with remaining balance.. soooo with that with in saidDon't go to this locationI have a bad experience
