I've been taking mine, Porsche's, and Mercedes to Michael's auto spa up in Sandy Springs for years.Never had an issue, they are fast and efficient.I found myself an Buckhead today, and pulled into Buckhead's finest car wash. What a joke. I would assume they deal with high-end cars daily. There were other Porsches and Range Rovers around.When my car was finished, I got in and found the cupholder had been torn out of the central console and was laying there. Naturally, the first response I got when I got the manager was "we didn't do that. It must've been like that. "No. My new Porsche wasn't "like that ". The little spring loaded fingers that hold your cup in your place are now broken, and they won't do anything about it.Fuck these guys. I have to go to Porsche now and have my shit repaired.If you don't drive a shitbox, I would stay far away from this place.

The service here is impeccable! Extremely friendly staff and the owner himself works as well. Prices are reasonable for such pristine job they do on vehicles. They are fast and attentive to the entire job. I've found my new go to car wash spot for sure. Special thank you to the owner for the $5 discount I received today. Small things like that create an customer appreciation attitude that I value tremendously.

Love this Car Wash!!! The staff demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, leaving my vehicles looking immaculate. We have several cars, Range Rover, Bentley and my husband has a Lamborghini so the professionalism and detail is very important. The same mediocre car wash, and the same indifferent attitude from management, but now they're charging $50 to wash a medium sized SUV. They should change their name to Buckhead's Overpriced Car Wash...

I've been bringing my cars here for a decade, switched from Avril's, and the service used to be exponentially better. Free bottled water, fruit, and donuts, and they actually cleaned your car. All the perks are gone, but more importantly, the service has severely declined. Visible dirt, leaves, smudges, crumbs, and dust left on the cars the last few times. Really disappointing. Today they quoted me $60 to just "wash" my kid's dinky Subaru Crosstrek, while the $150k Porsche Carrera next to it was $25 (I asked).

Kenny and Ricardo were great! Professionals who communicated well and were thorough with the cleaning. I also appreciate the time they've taken to put together a nice website listing all the service packages.We asked them to clean two cars at once in the appointment (a full detail and a mini detail). Excellent service all around. I'm very happy and highly recommend them, will definitely use them again when needed. ?

I JUST GOR ROBBED BY THIS "CAR WASH" I paid $36.19 and didnt realize that this is for the "wash your own damn car" service. I am lost for words. Please see the photos that I took before I even pulled out of the parking lot and tell me if this car looks like it came from the the car wash - "buckhead's finest" at that!!!!!! A car wash is a place where you pay to have your car cleaned, correct? Then why is my car still dirty? It is unfortunate, because I will clean it myself, will never step a foot there and by driving Lyft in this area, I always drive neighbors around on evenings and weekends and I will have yet another "funny" story to tell them about their neighborhood "car wash". i might even go further and make a scrapbook with the best pics and let the passengers look and be amazed. thank you for nothing!!!! There are plenty of car washes where they actually clean cars and charge less. Lets support businesses who provide quality service and take pride in their work.
