My recent experience with having my car serviced was handled efficiently. The technicianI I interacted with upon my arrival and check out was kind. The technician that came out to explain my car’s diagnostic reading was kind and helpful. My appointment online was extremely easy and very user friendly.

The service was very efficient and the employees were courteous. The time it took to service my car was far less than what I would have anticipated.

Justin at the front desk was awesome!! The team took my car after 6:00pm when they were very busy and went above and beyond to patch my tire and have my car finished by 7:00pm. I appreciated Justin and the team’s service so much!

Truly feel like I’m losing my mind. TL;DR After a second opinion, I think this shop tried to con me into a service I didn’t need.
My brakes had been squeaking, so I took my car into this Firestone for a checkup. (I’d been once before.) They told me my front brake pads were at 3mm and urged me to have a same-day replacement there. 3mm isn’t a same-day emergency (2mm more so), so I declined and took my car to a more affordable shop based on the quote.
At the second shop, I told them about the squeaking and the Firestone report. New shop is initially very concerned. After their check, they find that my front pads are at 8mm and my back pads are at 6mm. They tell me my car is perfectly fine and charge me $0.
The new shop had every incentive to agree with this Firestone and get paid, so it seems fishy to me. I get using pushy sales tactics (I don’t like it, but I can deal with it), but it seems like Firestone either lied about my brake pads or made a pretty substantial error.
Car maintenance expenses are no joke for me and a lot of people. 2 stars because I can’t rule out the possibility that the new shop made an error either, but I trust a shop more that could take my money but doesn’t. I’d recommend considering a different shop if you’re in the market.

Came in for an oil change and overall car check. Drove off my car started drifting to the left hard. Went back to shop they told me I had to wait 3 hours for them to rotate my tires back or car black another day. Completely unacceptable

Service was great. Had an appointment and they were on time. Came in on a coupon special to rotate tires. When I checked out they said in need OVER $1,000 worth of work! A 2nd opinion said I do not. They are good at what they do but be careful about their recommendations.

Customer service was good—everyone was very friendly. And they changed the oil. However, the issue I actually brought the car in for was not addressed. Primary complaint: My car was shaking above 60mph. The last time this happened my A-arm/control arm was cracked. I relayed that information multiple times both in person and over the phone to the mechanics and stressed that I’d like it thoroughly inspected; and though I was hoping it would only require an alignment, I wanted them to make sure there wasn’t something significantly wrong. They chalked the shaking up to an alignment issue. I picked up the car and, unfortunately, the shaking was worse and it felt incredibly unsafe to drive. I had the car immediately evaluated by another shop. Not only was the control arm cracked but the wheel bearing was completely worn down (apparently common problems in Subarus?). Would recommend this place for oil changes/tires. But, will be taking my car elsewhere for things that might be major. Admittedly, I did take my car yo Firestone over the holiday so I understand they were very busy. However, I’m still very disappointed considering it’s as if they didn’t drive the car at all during their assessment. The mechanics at the other shop said the problem was very apparent/obvious.

professional staff, didn't try to pressure the customers to do extra services or repairs, customers were contacted on the progress of the service or repair, car was fixed in a timely manner
