Omgoodness I googled this location today and decided to go! They did not disappoint, top tier service for sure! They’re nice and polite to customers and they provide speedy yet quality service! My Panda needed that badly and we will be back for sure! There are a lot of different packages to choose from! The prices are even fair! 10/10 they will be cleaning my Panda (no offense) again, first impressions are lasting ones! You all did an amazing job, thank you! 😌

The service was fantastic. I was warmly greeted and the team did a very thorough job in cleaning my vehicle both inside and out. The team ensured that my vehicle was restored to a showroom finish and beamed with pride when I gave my approval. To be genuinely thanked for my patronage and invited to come back spoke volumes to me.

Disappointing Experience with Lack of Attention to DetailI’ve visited plenty hand car washes, and unfortunately, this one falls short on attention to detail. I've often heard the excuse that brake dust can't be fully removed, but as someone with hands-on experience in the detailing industry, I know that’s simply not true. This time, I found myself having to finish wiping down the wheels myself—something that could have been easily avoided with a bit more care.What made the experience worse was the attitude of the [Owner]. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the person who responded to my concerns seemed more interested in arguing than being honest with themselves or the customer. A good detailer knows that you need to move the car forward to properly clean all angles of the wheels—ask me how I know.
To add to the disappointment, when I asked for help with tape residue, they claimed they had run out of Goof Off that day. Now they’re arguing that they don’t have the right products to take care of minor issues without causing damage, which doesn’t inspire confidence.
Having worked alongside my father in his mobile detailing business for over seven years, I understand the importance of quality and customer service. I’m always happy to tip generously when a hand car wash takes the time to do things right rather than just trying to get you out the door as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of those experiences, and I had to drop my star rating because of it. Attention to detail and good customer service are key to a successful business, and unfortunately, both were lacking here.

There was no wait, and 4 people worked on my car at once, making service fast. The boss was really nice. I was distracted when they pulled the car out, but I had an uncomfortable feeling under my leg, and once I got home, I realized my leather was ripped. It didn't make sense to go back and do the back and forth, although I was upset, but I'll pass on a second wash.
