Our company banks with Centerstate, and we regularly work with the Libby, Tiffany, and Grace at the Sandy Springs location. They offer nothing but 5-star service!! Top notch communication. Highly recommend.

Lost a deposit for $3,500 from the ATM, took then a week to correct it. Then when I finally deposited another check online it was denied because apparently the signature on the back that matches my drivers license wasn’t good enough. It didn’t include my first name even though it’s my legal signature. Every branch pushes it off on the other branch and no one accepts responsibility for their banks inaction or willingness to correct it. Take your business somewhere else, I promise it will make you happier in the long run. They do not make decisions based on common sense relationship banking.

Turnover of staff and new systems make this a difficult bank to deal with. Folks are friendly but need to have better training.
