The employees could take their customer service to another level. Just left your store and this one the first time my experience was not nice. Myself and another customer got to the self checkout and no bags were at any of the stations. I went to find a representative to ask for bags and she just turned to me and said there 35 cents. I said oh okay we didn't see that posted anywhere. She didn't say anything and just when back to unboxing items. She never told me where to find the bags or anything. I went back up front and we had to locate bags, honestly not sure if they were the correct ones.
I don't have a problem with a store charging for bags but most stores do post a notification at the door or register. I main issue is the lack of customer service from the young lady. There was another gentleman there and I heard him greeting everyone she spoke to no one.

This is the largest Five Below I have ever been in. They had a nice collection of items and it was all reasonably priced.

Staff here is friendly and goes above and beyond to help their customers...they're also patient and very understanding

A bit messy.
Stock sometimes in boxes on the floor in the aisles impeding where you step.
Terrific prices though and delivered items particularly if you're into candies that you've never heard of or haven't seen in decades they're great for that. Lots of snacks and treats also that you may not find other places!!

I was trying to go look at some home decor when an employee was looking at me all angry mean, mugging me cause apparently I was in her way cause she had organized whatever she had to do and it just made me so uncomfortable that I just walked out the store so she could do her job like me thinking that that store was for me to go by now I was wrong. That story is just for people to work and not let you cross or walk around because apparently their day is more important.. It’s annoying to have to be around people like that so I’m not ever coming back here. Because of the Manager can’t even understand that he has to hire customer service friendly people then that just tells you the whole team is messed up and no one there is actually gonna do anything

Good experience shopping, but when I was checking out at self check out with my family. The 17/ 18 year old black cashier had an attitude with me. She came up behind me and took my card out the machine without acknowledging me when I was trying to check out and the machine was acting up. She takes my card and proceeds to turn it over in her hand and holds it between her pointer finger and thumbs and bends it on the counter while trying to wipe off the chip with her sleeve jacket before shoving it in the machine aggressively. In which I take it out and try. She got frustrated and told me that she needs to see my card and she needs to do it bc the machine acts “finicky”. Which I don’t understand why she refused to acknowledge me before taking a customers card while checking out and proceed on bending my card and scratching my chip. Her attitude doing the whole experience was not it. I read the recent reviews and it looks like some customers had similar experience with her and her attitude. Extremely dissatisfied with her. But the other staff were nice. I hope Five and Below looks into re- training her on customer service. I was once in her shoes as well. A cashier, but never have I treated any one like that, customer or not.

Five Below always has cute items. I didn’t interact with any employees. No greeting when coming in and there was self-checkout which was convenient. It was slightly messy and an employee was hiding behind boxes on his phone the whole time I was there which was funny to see. Didn’t really find too much but bought some figures.
