Not coming back to this store. It's not the store. It's the parking lot. Lets say you park there and are enjoying your shopping. Once your there long enough, your charged. But i can go to the new Publix almost nextdoor, and I won't be charged.

I’ve never been to this store, but it was a fun adventure. They have a wide range of products and some great prices. They seemed to have a variety of seasonal items (Christmas). The store was clean and organized. There were multiple staff members active throughout and helpful when I had a question. It was a pleasant experience overall and my 10 year old niece had a blast !!

The store manager at this location has a very poor attitude! I came in today for a simple exchange and she was called to assist with the transaction. When she approached me at the register, she was extremely unpleasant and did not extend a greeting AT ALL. She actually did not say anything to me at all. Once she completed the return, I asked if she could rang me up for another item and without even giving me any eye contact, she stated that I could use the self-service register. It is extremely unprofessional to try and push customers off in that way! I would not recommend working with SHARINA (spelling may be incorrect since I asked her to spell her name and spoke unclearly).

This place makes you feel uncomfortable, I have never experienced any self checkout let alone the other five belows, where I am actively checking out and one of the workers comes and starts grabbing my stuff saying “I can do it” when I asked her what was wrong with me scanning my own stuff she didn’t even say anything just kept grabbing out of my basket. It felt as if I was being insulated as a thief. It was very uncomfortable and weird. If yall don’t want people checking out their own stuff then you need to close the self check outs down completely. Don’t come up behind someone and start taking over, moving them over from doing anything. Needless to say, I will NOT be back.

Spectacular! New paragraph except..... When I am looking to see where the $2 things are that are labeled $2, right next to the $5 things. I took a video of this and it's super confusing.
The staff were helpful! The first one was helpless, as she didn't know why, and said the manager would be back at 90 minutes later. Thankfully, another employee was experienced and explained the problem
No worries, except about 5 or 10 of the items there seemed to have no labels.
My kids loved it so much, and I even snagged an awesome $8 set of Bluetooth earbuds, so this is probably one of my new favorite places

Recently my mother and I had visited the FiveBelow location in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. This was our third visit and we felt very uncomfortable at checkout. A young lady that had worked there saw us going to checkout and appeared out of nowhere and proceeded to watch over our shoulders as we were checking out. It made us feel very uncomfortable as if she suspected us to steal merchandise. We have been to plenty of other FiveBelows in other locations and we’ve never been treated this way.
