Just left the store. Lady acted like I was bothering her, and I was ready to spend over $200 for flowers for my child and her pageant sister. I turned around and walked out. Will not spend money where I'm not welcomed

Attitude is really very bad!! After no deal was reached, the Korean women who wrapped the flowers kept using Korean, the language of their own country to say dirty words! I'm not Korean, but I understand! She kept saying: Damn, damn! Curse to death! It's really bad! Daaaaaa! I would never choose them!

This a real review : on 11/30 I placed an order for delivery of a flower cake for my best friend’s birthday. It was supposed to be same day delivery but they ended up calling saying they didn’t have the flowers to do it , it was hard to understand due to the language barrier. So I get an email saying they didn’t take payment and I can re order something different. Mind you I live all the way in Orlando and I wanted to surprise my friend so I go ahead and re order a pink bouquet to be delivered the following day. So they had some trouble delivering and then they said I could pick them up from the store . We weren’t able to go and pick them up due to the constant changing times of business hours. So eventually I attempted to get my money back and that’s when they stopped answering the phone and they never replied to my emails when I reached out about a refund since it was such hassle trying to figure out how to get the flowers . So I called days in a row no answer my best friend who the flowers were for even tried to go up there and the doors were locked and they were closed this was around 3 pm and they close around 5 ish. I’ll say this was a bad experience I got robbed and I’ll never buy flowers from here it’s such a hassle

So bad this people, I just called and they says they can’t make the order like the picture in their own web page , they should close this store if they can’t delivery that we already order in their own web page , amazing , unprofessional was the lady by the phone , not good this store

Coming into town and I wanted to order some flowers for my wife to be delivered the day we arrived and the amount of fees associated with a delivery that was a mile from the hotel was outragous. Flowers $40. Total bill $103. That is legal robbery.

Horrible, horrible experience. Teleflora needs to drop them as a partner/affiliate. The level of unprofessionalism and sheer rudeness was astounding. Not only was the delivery experience painful but the lack of customer service was well…lacking. Lady hung up on me and did not pick up when I tried to call back to provide delivery directions. Yea…it’s a no for me.

came to the store and was met with poor customer service. Almost as if my request to order flowers was an inconvenience. Left without flowers. Really hope they can improve.

I stopped in for last minute flowers on Valentine’s Day and they were obviously very busy but quick to help me pick one of their pre-arranged bouquet. A little on the pricey side but nothing extreme.

On February 23rd 2023, I called Flowers by Lucas all the way from Seattle wanting to have flowers delivered for my sisters birthday who lives in downtown Atlanta. The woman who answered the phone was so impatient; rude and disrespectul and came across as if I was bothering her. She asked me the address; I gave her the address and she immediatley told me that they didn't deliver to downtown apartment buldings; then she told to look at their website; when I decided and call her back and basically hung up the phone in my face.I was floored at her poor attitude and poor customer service. She doesnt seem to enjoy what she does any longer and it shows...I wished I'd read the reviews before making the effort. The reviews seem aligned with what I experienced as well. I only gave 1 star for her effort to answer the phone and it being the only way that I can leave a post. I almost never leave reviews and decided that I should share my experience with others to find another florist to spend your hard earned dollars with. You deserve good customer service when we choose to give our hard earned money to a business. Be good to yourself, because this florist sure isnt going to be.Despite the ill treatment from Flowers by Lucas, I didn't give up and was able to find Paradise Floral Design located downtown Atlanta. I was able to get my order placed and delivered all the way from Seattle same day. The service was beyond what I expected with Paradise Floral Design and I can't rant and rave enough about them; they were helpful, the flowers were beautiful; she was thoughtful and partnered with me; I felt like she wanted my business. Mindy was a true Florist and what Im used to.Please take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time with Flowers by Lucas.

Have had flowers delivered to me multiple multiple times over the last year. + and EVERY TIME the bouquets are exquisite and the delivery is fast and perfect. I don't know who ever gave this shop bad ratings, but they are 100% in the WRONG! Flowers by Lucas is by far one of the best and most consistent flowers shops I've ever received flowers from.

The owner asked how much I wanted to spend. I said a number (a reasonable number that I'd paid many times before). She laughed, then promptly hung up without offering a suggestion of how much she was charging for the bouquet. This is my last time buying flowers here after over 4 years of patronage.

I have ordered flowers for Joan (Owner of shop) a few times. She has always been nice and helpful with me. There is a little language barrier but I have still been able to get what I need from her and when I need it. I hope people continue to give her a chance, she really is a nice lady, and the flowers always look beautiful!

Really bad customer service. Met by a locked door even though it was open someone finally opened up then acted bothered that a paying customer was even in the store. Tried to ask questions about the best arrangement and omg this lady was no help I still ended up buy the flowers but it feels terrible to spend money and feel uncomfortable after. I rather go to whole foods pay half the price and have a better experience.
