Absolutely poor customer service. Sales associates not on the clock getting behind the register putting information into the computer to get a discount on an employee purchase all while the line is backed up. Not to mention it took entirely too long for the sales associate to find my shoe. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Lastly, after I had waited in line for too long the manager finally called another manager to get on the register. All they could do is offer a piss poor apology. DO BETTER. Train your people and as managers take more pride in customer service. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The absolute worst customer service by 2 young ladies I have ever experienced. Opened the store LATE with a terrible attitude. Not one ounce of training or customer service. It’s really sad because the stores in the area are already suffering terribly and clearly they have low sales. Hoping they turn this around before it’s too late. Will not be returning, far too many other options where we can be treated humanely.

TRASH customer service. My son and I Just stood at the door for 5 min after the store was clearly open but doors locked, everyone watching me thru the glass but no one had the common sense or customer service to either open the door or explain why it was locked after business hours began. I guess I will purchase online idk
