The customer service is soooo bad for such a small location! I'm shocked and appalled on how I got treated asking about certain sizes and models. The 2 ladies gave me bad vibes and rolling of the eyes. They both need to be let go fast!

I just purchased a pair of shoes from Footlocker with the help of Elvis S., he was AMAZING! He was so helpful and attentive. He did a great job working the floor making sure to take care of multiple customers at once. He also helped guide me on shoes that would be great for running, comfort and safety. This footlocker location will definitely be my first stop for shoes just because the associates are so helpful. Shout out to Myah E. as well, she checked me out and was very friendly. Good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days so I super appreciated the associates at Footlocker, they truly exceeded my expectations.

Busters!! It's 7:47 and they are saying the store is closed. Not that many people, but they are not letting anyone else in. Customer service sucks!! Mall doesn't close until 8pm!
