My name is Claudia, today I had a bad experience in this store, I bought a jacket for my daughter for Christmas gif, in December 12, but she didn’t like, she wanted to change this jacket for a sweater in this store today, I had a receipt, an the jacket had one tag, the other tag that coming with the price I removed, because it was a gif. But when we tried to make the change the guy in the cashier said that he couldn’t make the change and either he couldn’t give me any solution, so he didn’t want make change or give me a store gif or give me my money back. I ask to him for the manager and he said that trrhe was the manager, but he couldn’t do nothing for find a solution, because the jacket no had the price, I tried to explain to him that it wa a gif and it was the reason that I removed the price. But he said I can’t make q change, and after he was a rude and just ignored to ours, and he started to call others customers over ours, and just started to ignored ours, I was to frustrate. I had a strong headache and my blood pressure put too high after this inconvenience, but he no paid any attention to ours, I have a record of this person and I’ll to put on the social media

I have purchased at this location several times but today was the first time I received poor customer service. My credit card declined at the register. I only had 5 small items that included costume jewelry and snacks. When it declined I apologized to the cashier and told her I wouldn't be able to get the items. After that another worker comments that a lot of people are trying to play dress up directing her comment to me. Not only was this disrespectful. I had my 13 year old daughter with me so to me that made it even more disrespectful. I had purchased several items from different stores before I came there. It was just the fact she thought it was ok to be disrespectful to me. Not cool at all. Karma will take care of her.

I want to take a moment to give a heartfelt shoutout to Justice, one of Forever 21’s outstanding team members at the Perimeter Mall location in Atlanta, Georgia. I had an urgent fashion crisis when an outfit I ordered online for the upcoming Beyoncé concert this Friday got delayed. Feeling a bit overwhelmed, I approached the register and inquired about personal stylists who could assist me in finding a concert-worthy outfit with just two days left. A lovely Hispanic team member immediately connected me with Justice, and from the get-go, his enthusiasm to help was truly heartwarming.Justice went above and beyond, showing remarkable expertise, patience, and kindness throughout our interaction. It’s evident that he has an immense passion for fashion and a genuine knack for understanding individual styles. His exceptional interpersonal skills truly set him apart. Even though I usually shop at Cumberland Mall, I’ve decided to make Perimeter my new shopping destination, all thanks to Justice’s outstanding service.What truly left a mark was not just his professionalism, but also his warmth towards my children. He embodied the core values that Forever 21 stands for, making this experience unforgettable. I have no doubt that Justice’s love for fashion and exceptional personality will take him far in his career and in life. 1. As big as the location is I was disappointed to know they don't have a plus section.2. Not 1 of the 6 reps spoke to me or my daughter until we got to the register to pay and she was really dry.Would NOT recommend coming to this location

Came all the way here early on a Sunday because I needed something quickly for an event I have this afternoon. I already looked up the hours and everything, (which are also posted on the storefront) and the store is closed 25 minutes after it’s supposed to be opened with no sign posted or reason. To make it worse there is no answer when I called on the phone. While I’m at it, theres many times I come and the fitting room is closed while the store is still opened. Super inconvenient, and unwelcoming shopping experience. What is going on here ????

Use to have plus size but not anymore, I'm pretty sure the plus size is online!!! :( this is very sad because it's were I would get my clothes from but now I won't be going to the mall at all !!

Was wanting to purchase a black jean jacket and the only one in my size was in the window display. So I was told I had to travel to a different location (out of my way) to make my purchase because CORPORATE will not allow it to be removed from the window. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NONE TO SELL BUT THAT ONE. False advertising and very poor customer service.

Went to this location three times within the last 25 days to return an item the first two times on separate days. The card machine was down and I was told to come back. I went to this location this morning. I see two people walking around pushing bens in the store, one individual inside, the store, saw me standing outside the door, and did not bother to come unlock the door. This location displays hours of operation to open at 11 a.m. at this time it was 11:13 AM. I stood there for about 20 minutes and left because no one came and open up the doors. This is poor customer service in this location really need to hire a completely different staff

Service absolutely sucks at this location. The non-binary guy that works the register is terrible in terms of customer service. I suggest you replace him immediately! He's passive, not polite & just down right nasty for nothing.

Today I was at the mall today November 2nd and went to forever 21 around 7 pm. I was with my friend shopping. I was waiting in line having 2 people in front of me with no one behind me. Once it was my turn she told me to wait. I waited patiently as she talked with her co-worker and did her thing. My friend came along and saw I have been waiting for a while so he asked if he could attend us since we were in a rush. Her and her friend turned around and gave me a look. I don't know what she had against me. I don't want to assume but I may think it's racism since the people in front of me were black and I am Hispanic and my friend is Korean. I don't know what was her problem I didn't even have more than 3 items but she could of treated me nicely or had her co-worker attend me.

This store clearly doesn’t care about their customers! I had bought press on nails and I asked the employee, “if these don’t work well can I bring them back?” She said yes. Yet when I went to take them back they wouldn’t take them back. They wouldn’t even work with me even though they went against their word. Way better stores to shop that actually care about their customers!
