Store opened at 10 nobody will even alert customers waiting outside for 30 minutes now if they will open or not while every other store is open and running. Terrible service, not Lenox material.

Call the store to adk for item someone answer and was not willing to help.
Soni drobe to store and no one help ot either. The 2 employees i saw were arguing beyween them about stuff being left in tbe store in areas where custumer walk.. i said hello and asked for help finding tje oten got told we busy ritgh now. I left

The store is large, but the staff are unfriendly, which made the experience less pleasant. There was also a long line at checkout.

Just went here recently to do a pickup order. The 2 cashier ladies are absolutely rude. There’s stickers on the ground that clearly state that is where you line up for pickup order. Those 2 rude ladies will talk about you in your face instead of giving customer service and letting you know they changed the way you pick up an order. They just ignore you and continue to serve other guests that got in the checkout line after you. Absolutely terrible, disgusting people

Why is there always 2 cashiers working on the weekend and the line is so long? There are more people on the floor than the cashier. This is a common issue for this location.

The manager is doing a great job with his entire team. He was managing and helping his team and customers on the front. The cashier, Dee, is a great guy. He helped with my credit card approval, and Ms. Patty was fantastic! She helped me pick out more than seven different outfits. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I see everyone going to her because she was so helpful to all that came, all while doing her job as well! Huge kudos to the entire team. I had such a fantastic experience! #Ms. Pat, #Ms. Pat, #Ms. Pat!

Miss Sheree helped me find the beautiful classy lace trim dress I was looking for. I was at Cumberland and they only had a size S there. I knew it would fit me because I have a 23 inch waist. So I was happy to find out that Lenox had an XS in stock. Only one. I was excited when I entered the store and Sheree found it. Sadly I only noticed that the zipper was busted. Once the zipper is destroyed that’s it. So I thanked her and I plan on making the dress myself. It’s very beautiful and classy.

What is forever 21 doing to make their employees hate life? Everyone looks so miserable and customer service is nonexistent here. Doesn’t matter if there is one singular person in line, this location will always not have enough cashiers. And the cashiers they do have move at a snails pace with 0 sense of urgency.

The Barbie movie was the ultimate event of the summer - and I was not prepared. I remembered that Forever 21 had a Barbie line back in the spring so I raced to Lenox Mall in hopes I might find their remnants. While most of it was already gone to my chagrin, I stumbled upon this orange and pink slip dress that screamed Malibu Barbie. And of course the glasses were the perfect match! I was so happy with the overall look of the dress on my body, and even happier with the price. Come on Barbie let's go Barbie

Every where great forever 21 The product is great except in the permiter mall location. I had bad customer service experience by one staff only.
