Wow. What can I say. I ordered a shirt from the Cumberland location, and although it wasn’t in stock, Lancy (I hope I spelled your name right) was able to call another store that I already placed another pick up order from was able to have the shirt be picked up there! Btw, my birthday is next week, so it was imperative for me to pick this shirt up! Thank you so much!!!

Second review here first one they deleted in the last couple of hours lol so here it is again. If I could give -0 I would. The store manager with the blonde wig is beyond rude, and doesn’t know the information or sales that are going on in the store. I was purchasing three items and they were all on the same rack while one item was on sale. She told me that the other two were not the other agents on the floor told her over the walkie-talkie that they were on sale in fact and were 50% off a piece, she would not honor the sales price when I asked for a manager she said that she was the only one on duty even though there was another store manager standing to the right of her listening to the whole conversation She refused to give me her name or anything when I asked for the number to even try and call somebody to see if we can resolve this. She got more rude and told me to look it up myself. I normally write things like this, but this isn’t her first complaint over her being rude and giving out the wrong prices and charging people incorrectly. She refused to listen to any of the sales agents on the floor. Even though she was wrong she needed to be right. The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a forever 21 from the store managers. Oh, and not to mention, they called Security to follow us around in the store before we left while I was on the phone with corporate. She needs some retraining on customer service or maybe not to be a store manager at all.

Store manager with the horrible blonde wig, (believe her name is Alexis even though she refuse to give anyone her name), and also the other manager, which is a gentleman with black and red locs need to step down from being store managers and learn customer service. They are completely rude not helping their customers. If I could give the managers a zero rating I would the one star is being overly nice. Sad part is look at all the other reviews for this store management, they’re going to say all the same thing about the same people. DONT SHOP HERE! They don’t even honor the signs nor store policy.

So this is the manager who told me she doesn’t give out her name, and was rude instead of giving me the refund I deserved for being over charged. Corporate needs to get in contact with her because she just lied to my face and told me that everything in the store wasn’t 50% when there are signs everywhere stating the exact opposite.

I live close by and every time I've been in this store thinking it's going to improve, it hasn't over the last 4 years. Unorganized, limited selection, and no customer service. The plus size section is a joke.

They've made up their own sizes. No size guide in the store or online. Can't shop for clothes if you don't know what size to shop for.

Do not shop at this store; it was my first and last time shopping here!! I purchased a couple of bodysuits thinking I could try on at home with the jeans I wanted and return the incorrect sizes. The cashier Corey was nice and asked me if I knew the return policy said it was 30 days unworn and with tags. Not once did he mention all bodysuits are final sale. I went into the store 3 days later to return the one that was too big and the lady at the register said for sanitary reasons we do not accept bodysuits. These are final sale. Yet they allow you try them on in the store. I said I was not told that I will be reaching out to corporate and she walked away. Very rude would not recommend ever shopping in this store.

You're better off buying online. The worst customer service ever at this location - Cumberland Mall.Went in to return a bodysuit I bought without trying it on. Got there at the cashier all employees seem unhappy. Then the lady started the return got all my info just at the end to realize it was a bodysuit and apparently it can't be returned or even exchanged. I literally bought it last week in a rush while I was at the mall. She even had the audacity to ask me "would you buy an underwear someone wore and returned?" I mean, would you consider "trying it on" as been "used"? If so, then they shouldn't allow to try it on while at the store as well. Again, the item was not used she just wanted to make a point. The receipt didn't say they dont accept bodysuits returns or exchange. It says lingerie and apparently they consider bodysuit as lingerie. After this whole situation I went to the customer service online and has no luck either. They said if I had purchased online they would be able to help me with the return but since I didn't, the store police's are different. Which is so contradictory. That's just so crazy to me. Never buying at this store ever again! So frustrating. Now I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit me. And the lady literally acted like I don't care, not my problem. As I was asking her to show me where it was written and all she pretty much said: it can't be return and turned her face to talk to someone else.
