Frank’s did a good job on the main bodywork of my car, but the black arch over the wheel was a different story. Instead of properly replacing it, they welded it together in a messy, uneven way. It made a clicking sound every time I drove — clearly not safe and definitely not acceptable.
What made it worse was the lack of accountability. They never reached back out to address the issue, and I ultimately had to pay Toyota to replace the part correctly.
Just own your mistakes and do better for your customers.

RESULTS: Did very good body work once they finally got sarted it was done super quick
PROBLEM: There were some new parts stolen from my Mustang and placed on another one at the shop. Too many to be an honest mistake
Talked to the owner about it and he assured me it would be taken care of ASAP, but I couldn't get back in touch with him afterwards. Instead of having to go through a lawsuit I just had my credit card company refund the difference of the parts & labor
ADVICE: ALWAYS take pictures of anything you pay for and take to any body shop

That is my husband's favorite place to car painting or get scratched fixed all car damaged cars . Very nice place they are helpful for suggestions and they do a great work. Customer service amezing . This is a body shop not mechanical.

I went here to get an estimate on my car and had to leave because it took too long. I made a mistake and left my cellphone with my DL and other cards in my phone. I tracked my phone back to their shop. I called it once and it rang the second time I called it back they powered it off. I asked them for the video of me coming in and leaving and they said the cameras didn't work. Convenient but they will see me and the police sooner than later.

Overall great work, but DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR. I left a basket of tools in my car. One of the workers stole my pliers from my car. The desk lady acted as if nobody did anything. Also my glove box was rubbished through as well, and they lied about going through it. I knew it was gone through because its broken and when you open it everything falls out. There were personal documents on my floor once i got my vehicle back. Pliers are still gone. Overall great work. They are just liars about the smallest things.......

My favorite body shop in Atlanta area. Family owned. Everyone there is super nice, they will go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are satisfied. Highly recommend, don't even waste your time with other places.

Terrible experience. Broke my headlight and didn't say a word. Also did a horrible job on my paint. Swirls all in it, debris in the paint still. These guys are backyard willys at best giving JB weld PDR vibes. Never again, spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Breaking parts on new cars and not saying a word is as bogus as it gets in the auto body industry. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional. Bad business acumen all around.

Frank’s Auto Body is fantastic! I messed up my undercarriage and thought I’d miss work, but Frank and his team got me fixed up fast. They were professional, kind, and super efficient. I was back on the road and made it to work on time. Great service, fair prices—can’t recommend them enough!
