The staff was pretty helpful during a pretty high-stress, stray-surrender situation. Wasn't too sure what to expect, but the overall process of arriving, getting checked in, completing the paperwork and getting the kittens surrendered was seamless. Many thanks to all hands that makes this operation possible.
