I sooooo confused. I get to the store the sign says yall close at 9pm and on Google it says 9pm. I arrive to the store at 8:35pm and the store was closed. Do your establishment close earlier than 9pm or at 9pm. I was trying to pick up something I purchased. Completely confused.

Something has to been done about this location. Every employee is completely unprofessional. Hire a reliable staff who would spend all day smoking outside, or being useless in store

If you order anything from this store, just make sure you have it shipped to your home address and NOT the store. Apparently, the owner doesn't have a key to the mailbox. My order was shipped and delivered to the store and when I tried to pick it up no one had a key. Then when I tried to cancel it with Customer Service it was like trying to pull teeth. For some reason they just couldn't comprehend that the item was at the stores mailbox, but no one could access the mailbox.

Went in for preowned games and they were running a promo buy 2 get 1. The game I tried to purchase was labeled at $37.99 and rang up at 64.99 they didn’t try to help or price match the label IN THEIR STORE. They just said too bad and there was nothing they could do about it. This was also on top of just standing there waiting to be checked out. Absolute waste of my time.

Absolutely HORRIBLE people here. I drove over 70 miles after asking a Manager at the Dawsonville location to call ahead to hold a Meta Quest 2 for my Son’s 6th Birthday. I also called ahead to verify that I was on the way when I was roughly 35 to 40 minutes out. The store associate decided to sell the item right before I walked in. This is ridiculous. Literally, the absolute worst retail experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Cannot believe these people wasted a ton of my time and showed ZERO apologies for doing so. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COST!

First and last time ordering anything from this location. Unhelpful and rude about it. Bought a game online for in store pick up. They never gave me a receipt. While trying to return they insisted that the online order receipt and email was not sufficient enough and I needed a physical receipt. Upon clarifying that I never received a physical receipt, they insisted they wouldn’t have not given me one. Love the insistent that I’m not telling the truth and that there couldn’t possibly have been a mistake made in not giving me a paper receipt.

If I could give a neg 5 stars I would. I ordered $650 in merchandise online for pick up. I actually called the store before going there to confirm my order was present n available Store employee R. Hall assured all was there in hand. I drive 40 mins to this location, walk in the R Hall acting mgr smh he was complaining and being loud with a customer in the store already. So I inform them on I’m picking up my order they both look like dodo birds. Saying we meant to call you back cause we don’t have the items. I’m look like what happen they disappeared. So what about my refund not meant the inconvenience of the long trip. R.Hall just goes into a mental tantrum yelling and saying “we busy and I can’t help you with nothing and ask me to leave because I request a print out of the cancelled order. GameStop is really hiring mental imbalance people to hold their business. Few days before Xmas GameStop has a money hostage for 5 business days and no merchandise. The worst experience in my life.
