Needed help with loading a gift card and got a lady with attitude and ZERO help. GameStop hires the most miserable people. Thank god they’re closing the stores in the US.

Absolutely disappointed with the GameStop store I’ve been a loyal customer of for years. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is astonishing. I recently encountered an issue with a product I purchased, and when I attempted to use my warranty, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite being a regular for years, my loyalty seemed to mean nothing to them. They refused to honor the warranty, citing vague, baseless reasons. It’s one thing for a store to falter in customer service, but for a company that thrives on customer relationships, it’s downright unacceptable. I expect much better from a well-established brand. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being ignored and mistreated.

Asked for a steam giftcard. Was sold a digital giftcard for a crappy game by the employee. Was ran through loops all week just to be told nothing could be done.
I’ve been a member for over 20 years and this has been the worse experience I’ve had with GameStop..
Please train your employees better this was a gross waste of money..

Purchased a game as a gift on Tuesday...Removed the wrapper attempt to use it but learned i Purchased the wrong disc. Unable to use it, replaced back its original case. Returned to Game Stop on Wednesday for a refund was only offered $21.00 on a $75 purchase. The sales person did not review the disc for damage...just deemed it as used. That was a hard lost, and the reason I will not return. Full refund on unopened items Returned next day...hard lesson.

I was told once day my controller was under warranty then came 2 days later and was told my controller wasn't under warranty. Please hire competent workers and people who tell the correct information every time. I won't be buying anything else through GameStop.

I came into the store earlier this week and I purchased a shirt. They left the sensor on the shirt. I went back to get it taken off with the receipt and the lady was extremely rude

Don’t go on Sundays or any day the lady is working , I went in to purchase a game and stop in line for over 20 minutes while she answered her personal phone and had personal conversation on the clock and then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t want to get rude or nasty because my tapping was annoying her. She should be fired if she can’t do her job. Then to say that it’s only one computer and one her like that’s not stopping you for having multiple conversations on your phone while on the clock.

The store was closed during rush hour due to an employee taking a lengthy personal break. When I arrived, a mother and son, along with another gentleman, had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. Despite calling the store and receiving no answer, an employee eventually emerged from the back room, informing us it would be another 40 minutes before the store reopened. This is a waste of company resources and results in lost revenue. The customer service and overall experience were unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this location..

Manager sold me a game that didn’t have the one particular game that I came in and asked for in the first place! (PAC-Man) Then said no refund after I opened it. That’s how I found out the game wasn’t part of the console. It’s unfortunate for my loss and I highly DON’T recommend a store that blatantly lie to your face. Another store said they should have refunded my money. I don’t play games, it was a gift for a request of PAC-MAN ONLY. Wasted my time, energy and money.

On Dec 23 I purchased a PlayStation 5 steering wheel for my son. $299.99 It has a defective they didn’t want to take the wheel back after the receipt says it could be returned. They are very unprofessional and rude. Please do not purchasing anything as a buy purchase from this GameStop in campcreek. Receipts will say 14 days and they can deny your return.
