Gamestop Employee backdoors pokemon. I asked him about a product that was behind the shelves and he said ‘there on hold’ so I asked him if it was sold he said ‘essentially’ . I didn’t know Gamestop did holds for products like Pokemon cards during this time. I guess the Gamestop don’t pay them enough so they need to resell cards now as well lol.
Name tag name said ‘Cody’ but register was assigned to Courtland.

I came in with my brother to buy him a PlayStation Portal for Christmas and was told they could only sell it to me if I had a GameStop membership, which costs $25. I decided to hold off and went to another store to ask if this was a policy, and they said it wasn’t. I understand they may have quotas, but this is just sad and disappointing. I even came back to inform them that other stores don’t enforce this rule, and the manager claimed it was specific to this location. Additionally, I had insurance for my two controllers and was informed they would be replaced with new ones if needed. However, the manager told me I wouldn’t be getting new controllers but preowned ones instead. Spoiler alert: one has stick drift, and the other has a loose trigger button. I would not recommend coming here unless you’re okay with being scammed.

Do not buy any consoles from this store I just ordered a NEW CONSOLE and when I went to pick it up it says pre-owned on the box which is beat up with several holes in it so it Def looked used. I called the store immediantly and they advised me to bring it back. As soon as I got to the desk the guy at the counter peals off the pre owned sticker and says it for a head set instead I told him to give me the sticker back n he crumbled it up n said it was in the trash I told him that it needs to be received from the trash and placed back in my possession since it was on my product and I KNOW IT SAID CONSOLE NOT HEAD SET now my kid can't get thier birthday present because I have to write corporate in order to get the correct item that I ordered

Exceptionally rude I walk in i’m not acknowledged, then when i need help i get blown off like im annoying the two guys at the counter’s Conversation (one has glasses might have been the manager the other was short), I have to walk over to the spanish gentleman who helped me as best he could but when he would ask the guy with glasses for further assistance i’m rudely waved off never coming here again, (& paid for a customer’s card order himself after being reimbursed on cashapp i guess while the card reader was down & lowered the price to pay the difference.)and i usually don’t write bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Happened around 7pm 02/15

This GameStop consistently has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The employees are all so high it takes 2-3 staff members to locate games or figure out simple tasks and it's got to take more than10min per customer at the register regardless of what they need. I don't know how I manage to leave a VIDEO GAME STORE upset everytime, but I've learned my lesson and will be going literally anywhere else.

It's your basic GameStop. That said it's very small for a GameStop. If you like to go to GameStop for collectibles and stuff your selection here will be very limited. But the employee there was polite and helpful when I bought the game I came for. I gave 4 stars mainly for the small size of the store.

Conrad and Michael provided excellent service. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding options and games. Ended up getting a uearly subscription due to their service and advice.

Employees here have been kind and personable, offering help unprompted such as "this game is at the store, we can call and have it held". and such.
