Can’t even ask a general question. Ole boy (lightskin) with the sagging pants was on his phone the entire time while I was asking questions. Should’ve went and asked the tall guy with the locs. Just rude.

I came out of my way to this Gamestop and it is closed early with no signage explaining why. I have waited and waited. Ridiculous.

Poor attitudes, vulgar language, and then they get bothered when a question is asked - this describes my first and last time shopping in this location. You’re in the wrong line of work if helping customers is something that’s a bothersome task.I visited this store on 02/14 to inquire about a game being in stock - not only did he keep his eyes on his phone while shaking his head no. He didn’t want to check other locations. By far the worst experience ever at a Gamestop

drove 30 minutes just to see they closed their store 30 min earlier than stated online. I just wanted to pick up my order. Very dissatisfied.

I needed a hand with some customer service issues (due to a purchase from a different GS store) and the awesome store associate (I'm sorry, I missed getting his name!) here helped me out really kindly and was understanding of my concerns. Thanks for the smooth experience!!

Waiting in a line that ran outside of the store all for the ONE associate and apparently she was a manager/key holder because she came out to lock the doors and say “I hadn’t shopped for my own kids I got stuff to get” is CRAZY she knew she was on schedule to work she knew she hadn’t shopped for her kids either WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS BTW so why agree to work a shift that your gonna leave while customers are STILL WAITING. Furthermore one associate for Christmas weekend is CRAZY as well Atleast 6 MINIMUM should have been there to handle the type of line that was waiting to even get in. I’m soooooo disappointed ! Never again. Never going to recommend because this was MY FIRST visit to this location. & it will be my LAST.
