The manager of this location BRANDON is absolutely amazing. He is honest, patient, and kind. I am a hard to fit person when it comes to jeans. Jean shopping is always overwhelming and frustrating for me. He spent a lot of time helping me figure out what size and styles I looked best in and brought me other things I may like to try on in the fitting room. He even assisted me with ordering what I needed online and entered a coupon code to get the best price. He is very knowledgeable about the brand and gave me top-notch customer service! HE IS TRULY AN ASSET YOU YOUR COMPANY!

From a previous employee I can say that this store specifically is very racist due to their store manager solely. Sila Gezer has been harassing the African Americans in the store and she has been micromanaging the associates and leaders. She’s intentionally tells lies to the associates and leaders and has favorites within the store because she implements gaps policy into her version of getting her way.

Erica is VERY rude. Just, embarrassed for her because she's a beautiful woman on the outside. Yoshina was the total package of pleasant, professional and accommodating. My shopping experience with those two were night and day.

My wife purchased two items online for in-store pickup. The items were then split up between two stores which makes no sense. Went to store #1 to pick up and waited over an hour to only find out the item was not there. The other store closed by the time we got there for the 2nd item. Come to find out there is an expiration date to pickup the items which was the day we tried to pick them up. Refunds were issued although she wanted the products. The online chat offered a 15% coupon which any customer can find online or via an ad. There is no customer service for time wasted and not receiving a product which was paid for. Gap takes your money quickly but does not fulfill its end of the responsibility and cares so little for its customers. Will never shop here again.

I had the worst experience with natalia I think she’s new but I she was very rude and didn’t want to help because she was busy on her phone while working and then I was asking her a question and she started cussing in another language.
