Conversations happen with THD and customer. The customer explains what happened with the dryer during delivery (and provides report). After THD researches, they decide that the company is unable to help as there was no charge for the dryer. Customer explains that it was not free. THD stands by the statement that the dryer was refunded and that the customer had received a free dryer. Finally, THD submits a claim with Sedgwick. 12.18.23- Customer speaks with Sedgwick adjuster. After several rounds of clarification, the customer contacts Sedgwick. 1.3.23- Customer speaks with Sedgwick- Claims Team Lead. 1.5.23- Sedgwick reports back to the customer and says that Sedgwick only works with damages and is unable to provide support. The customer sends a reply and includes THD Exec escalations and THD-Buckhead for alignment. 1.5.23- THD Executive Escalations responds that the 48-hr window for reporting the issue was passed and that the only thing THD could offer is a $50 courtesy credit. The customer requested to be escalated to a manager for the team. 1.8.23- THD Executive Escalations responds that there is no other recourse or higher escalation.

Great selection of DIY items. Duh.As far as their privacy goes, it sucks. It will not let you change a phone number when you do not have access to the old phone. They send a verification code to the phone you can no longer access. How stupid can you get. Plus it is not sending the codes to my email address either, neither have them blocked, not it spam, nothing. So they are making it very hard for me to log in and pay my bill. They are just making it harder for me to pay my bill. Not to mention their so called "support" line closes at 5:00 pm my time--right when everybody this side of the country needs them. How stupid can you get. Should have gone with Lowe's instead.

I recently had the pleasure of working with renowned Home Depot florist, Rod, and I must say, he was a tremendous help in my first planting journey. From the moment I approached him with my questions, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent ample time with me, guiding me through the entire process, from choosing the right soil to selecting the perfect plants for my specific garden. He even went above and beyond, offering valuable tips and tricks for proper plant care and maintenance. I left Home Depot feeling confident, and with the plants and supplies suggested by Rod, I was able to create a beautiful garden that I'm proud of. Overall, my experience with Rod was superb, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of exceptional and reliable gardening advice. Rod truly is an expert in his field, and Home Depot is lucky to have him on their team.

I had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot, and I can only thank Steve, Jason, Gerardo! I came in alone, trying to find some wood, nails and maybe some glue, to attempt to make a stepping stool for my older dog( I am not a handyman at all, but I was going to try) lol. Steve went above and beyond, and when I say above and beyond I really mean above and beyond, to the highest extent, he not only helped me carry the wood, cut the wood, and figure out how to create the stepping stool, he helped me make it as well!! While we were in the middle of making it, Jason came over and gave GREAT input and helped us make it more sturdy, BIG help!! Gerardo came up also, and was very kind and helpful and gave great input as well! So sweet all of them!! I really did leave feeling happy and helped, and by genuine people, who went above and beyond and definitely didn't have too!

The renting guy is just rude and not helpful. Sounds like he has no idea what he's talking about but talked down to me just because I'm a woman. Distasteful.

This is my favorite Home Depot to go to! This location is great. The store is located in a huge plaza with plenty of parking. There are also many security cameras which is a plus! The inside is also very very spacious. One of the reasons I love coming to this location specifically is the availability of products. They always have what I'm looking for *and then some* lol. I love the selection of plants, there are many variety's and of great quality as well. The store is also extremely clean which is great to see.The customer service is great. All the employees and managers I've interacted with are knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction if I have any questions.

I came to Home Depot today to help get boards to help build an island in our new business in Buckhead. I didn't see a single employee on it any lumber aisle when I finally did find someone on the lumber aisle, I asked him a question about finding a tenant wide and 12 feet long pine board and he was very rude and told me no he doesn't have the time right now there wasn't a single other employee around he was sitting there just stocking items I go to the cashier and the cashier said she'll call someone for me. She made a call and no one came and I asked her if there's anyone again they can please help me and she said no so I end up driving 30 minutes to this Home Depot for no reason I went to Lowe's and they help me out the second I walk in the aisle and have everything I need and I was out within five minutes. This makes me really sad because I'm very loyal and love Home Depot. I have always gone there, but it seems like things have changed with their customer service. I've never ever been talked to so rudely, and I didn't not come off rude at all, I was having great morning and was all smiles and very polite when I asked for help making sure he wasn't talking to anyone else or too busy. He was an older white gentleman with glasses, white hair. He was the only employee in any part I'd the lumber section..... sad

I am having what I will refer to as a very un-Home Depot experience & my blood pressure is now through the roof.1) I thought I had ordered a full trundle bed & full bed.2) My misake, it only included the trundle.3) Customer service was great, they had someone come & take the assembled pieces away.2) Cartons arrived & I paid someone to put it together to find out that 1/2 of the needed parts weren't included. 3) Spoke with customer service & they said I should return the pieces that were delivered & reorder the package. 4) Paid someone again to put together the beds, all went well.5) NOW I HAVE 5 LARGE CARTONS SITTING IN MY HALLWAY WAITING FOR NSD, THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY, TO PICK THEM UP.6) I have called 4X, this last time I begged, begged, to speak with a supervisor & she (Sarah) would not put me through. 7) The 3rd time I called, I was told that someone would definitiely call me by 12/27 to schedule the pickup. Did they call you instead of me possibly?8) Sarah said she was taking care of it & that she wasnt permitted to escalate the call. I asked her when she could escalate the call, she can't because she could take care of it.9) Sarah had all the right customer service lines, 'I understand your frustration,' 'Allow me to help you,' & 'I promise to take care of this right now.' If HD plays back the recordings, they will hear those sentiments + my begging to speak with a supervisor minimally 15X.10) I told Sarah that it wasn't that I didnt believe she would reach out to NSD, but that this was the 4th time someone at her end had promised quick resolution & I was requesting a manager get involved to reach out to their counterpart at NSD. I have never had such an unhelpful solution to a continuing problem & now I have 2 charges for the same items on my credit card. This is unacceptable!

Buckhead location is NOT SAFE, the bathrooms (womens) is disgusting and NO toilet seat covers, toilet paper is usually NOT in the roller (so everyone has to touch the roll). Have to look for help in garden center or ask another customer. Come on Home Depot, make it better or close. I'm going to Lowes on Ptree Near Chamblee.

Pathetic service! Drive to a Lowes! I was an HD customers for years until they tanked in the past couple years. I just bought a fridge and delivery was a drop off in the middle of my kitchen. I started to look for dents and turned around and they were gone. The fridge won't stay cool and after hours on the phone with very nice but useless customer service, HD is trying to claim that I'm stuck with it. Because they avoided addressing my complaints for 48 hours, now I'm stuck with it. Save yourself and go anywhere else!

Garden DepartmentMy beautiful Melanin thumb has a shade of green to it thanks to my Plant Guru & HD's Garden Department & their helpful employees. Finally, I've finished staging my patio & was looking for faux plants. Why? Well, I can buy, vase & upkeep a beautiful, colorful bouquet of flowers any day. Yet with plants, it's not happening as I was never one to keep plants alive hence anti-plants. However, after my second visit to a friend's house aka a Plantae Greenhouse, it piques my curiosity. As soon as I mentioned I could be open to purchasing a few starters plants, our impromptu visit to the Garden Department yielded me a cart full of indoor/outdoor plants with a few accompanied necessities.I spoke with two employees who shared their insight & passion for plants, which gave me different perspectives on becoming & enjoying being a planter. Not to mention the care cards that are stuck in the soil, how useful those mini-instructions become. My Plants 101 visit was a good one & I recommend this location not only for the greenery, yet for the friendly service from the orange aprons passing by.
