Kasondra was the most amazing tour guide and made my application process seamless! Her custom service was impeccable. I’ve been moved in a week now and have no complaints. She is very attentive and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. She made me realize moving to Generation would be the perfect choice for me! Thank you Kasondra for all your help and your hospitality. You made me and my dad feel welcome as soon as we walked in to tour.

I really would not recommend staying here. I don't understand why the ratings are so high - I think it's some sort of AI bot review. I don't consider this a safe neighborhood. Random screaming at night (drugs and fighting) and perched over the highway. Thin walls and noisy. Bad location. You need to be ok with passed out drug addicts and homeless people everyday within a block of the building. Some of the residents also seem to be involved in illegal activities. Despite being an avid walker - I needed to Uber everywhere. My advice to management is to increase security measures if you want the average person to feel safe here.

OMG I just moved here and the amazing and professional staff blew me away. I have NEVER felt so special. The welcome gift blew me away. The amenities, the maintenance staff and the grounds team everyone and I mean everyone is fantastic. My leasing agent Cierra and the APM Kamecka were both very helpful and very friendly. I am sooooooooo glad I decided to move here. It’s absolutely beautiful.

I paid 20$ for parking and got booted for no reason same license plate paid 12 hrs boot guy took a hr and I went into generation and the women was super low vibration and not helpful at all it's also my birthday like be serious.… I paid for the parking for half a day and I only parked for 3 hrs
