Unacceptable! I called to have flowers/balloon delivered to my friend for Christmas they never answer the phone and finally they picked up and hung-up. Unacceptable! They must be volunteers they can't be getting paid. You want to work but don't wanted work. Smh! Unacceptable!

Bad customer service. I bought a type charger cable and box, they didn't showed me different brand. When charge my phone for more than 30 minute it didn't add a single percentage

They never answer their phones. There is a way to order goods online and have them sent to patients in the hospital, but the workers never answer so it is basically useless.
