A friend recently asked me to help him pick out a new desktop PC. For over 25 years I have purchased PCs from GIM for my business and personal use. Naturally, I returned to GIM to specify my friend's new PC. GIM is always very helpful with specifying the best components for the needs of the user. They don't do a one fits all solution. They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.

I retired recently. Haven't built a computer in a while but I figured, "No problem!" Would not power up. Tweaked all the connections, no help. Checked with a local computer shop and was told it would be $100 an hour and they would have to do a full rebuild. Took it to GIM because I bought a computer there years ago. They fixed it almost as soon as they started working on it, only charged me for one hour's work. I live 30 miles away and, well, you know Atlanta traffic. Was totally worth the time and gas to trust GIM. Was worth every penny. Excellent service, excellent work. 10/10 no question.

Very bad experience!!! I took my computer to GIM Computers to get my O/S upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The technician that took my computer in was only interest in selling me some hard drive. Before he even touched my computer he told me that I needed a new hard drive. He promised me specific services and never delivered on his promises. When I got home I even called him to make It clear that I was not interested in a new hard drive and to confirm the agreed upon services and it did no good. He kept my computer all day and over night and charged me a $45.99 technical service fee. He never upgraded my O/S from Windows 7 to Windows 10. He told me that he tried to upgrade my O/S for two hours and was unable to do it. Business must be slow because it seems he was in desperate need the bill tech service fees. This guy spoke very bad broken English. He was very arrogant and rude. He talked to me like I was a complete idiot. If you value good customer service and honesty I suggest you avoid GIM Computers.

It is too expensive than other computer repair store, and after they fix my computer, my computer still have problem. However, I am not good at computer, so, I don’t know how to argue that. Besides, I think customer service is horrible here.I noticed GIM reply to me, and I have one question. Do you think I use my real name as my account name? Anyways, I just want to prove I am your customer before. I said what I feel, don't threaten me with the law.

GIM computers is great. He fixed a very difficult problem for me and provided a new used server since a new server would not run an old program and his fee for all of this was very reasonable. They are always very polite and courteous. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Well, I have been going there since I needed a CD drive for my 3 year old daughter to do some sort of educational software. That daughter is now a statistician teaching data science. I have had no reason to go elsewhere. Their parts are reasonably priced and and more importantly backed up by decades of experience. Service is spectacular. They have not changed personnel in all that time! .

Very professional service. They were able to order the replacement part for my computer within a week and fix it in about an hour after the part came in. I would go here again for future computer repair.

I've searched high and low for an affordable trackpad for my mac. I stopped at a random computer shop named GIM and my issues were resolved by the next day! Truly a blessing because my MacBook hasn't worked right in 5 yrs. Thanks GIM.
