I was initially going to give a glowing review, as Farris, the person who serviced me, was very great and kind. And prices were good as well. However, do not be fooled by Jeff's sweet demeanor. When attempting to express a grievance I had (the grievance being that I asked for clarification on certain payment clauses and Jeff told me to "not worry about them", and then come time of payment, he slapped me with charges for things he told me to not worry about), in not an aggressive manner, Jeff pulled a complete 180 on me, calling my upsetness "bizarre" and to "call someone else next time!". And that was his response before I even stated my grievance.. all I had said at that point was that I was "unhappy with my service".
For that reason, I encourage you to in fact, like Jeff said, to call somebody else. He is not kind, not transparent, the personality you recieve is not genuine, and due to how scary and explosive his text responses were to a simple "I'm unhappy", I am really grateful that I did not answer his call when he initially called and opted to text instead. Full grown man doing this job for 30 years, you do not yell at your customers.. especially when all they said at that point was that they were uphappy and wanted a receipt for their service.. When I finally got to telling him my grievance, he said I was "dishonest" and to "call somebody else [again]". All I was saying to him was to please not tell someone to not worry about something when they ask for clarification so that they don't feel backhanded with charges afterwards.. I even said I am not upset about the charge because it was in black and white; I just would have appreciated the clauses being transparently explained when I asked, rather than being told to "not worry about it". Because I did exactly that; I did as I was told him. And so when it came time to apparently worry about it, I felt very backhanded by it.
