I had an excellent experience at GNC, thanks to Mark's outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find the right products that suited my needs. Mark took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of each option, ensuring I made informed decisions. He also assisted me with re-enrolling for my annual membership, clearly outlining the benefits and discounts that come with it. Mark's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction made my visit to GNC a great one. Highly recommend seeking him out for any nutritional advice or support!

Daniel should be fired for his horrible customer service. I wanted to cancel an order since the item was sold individually. He proceeded to inform that customer service would have to help. After stepping outside the store to call, I went back inside to pick up the order and then just return it. Daniel informed that I was “doing too much by opening the box at the register”. To my knowledge, you have to open a box to return the items. He did not even assist in the end. I had to make a trip to a different location.
Daniel was very very nasty. May GOD spare him the karma he truly deserves. A very nasty person

Refused to sell a simple energy drink without giving name and phone number. Gave no reason to give information aside from “I need it” and was told if I didn’t want to give it I could go to another store. Very poor service.

The price on GNC's official website and the price displayed in the store are different. The price of XTEND that I wanted was listed as $10 more expensive, and when I showed them the site price, they corrected the price at checkout, but they did not correct the price tag posted in the store.

Should have listened to the reviews before going there. Went to this location to return/exchange and this stupid sign was in front of the door the entire time i was at the mall. First went to the mall to return...then walked around and came back an hour later...same sign, went to get some food and an hour and a half after that the same sign was on the door. Lights on but doors closed and locked. Apparently whoever works there is getting payed to do nothing. Not a good look GNC. Get new employees ASAP!

I've tried to go to this location twice and they were closed. It's inside a mall... The entire mall is open except this store.

Got hit with the "be back in 10 minutes" sticky note and waited a half hour before just taking my business to Amazon... it's the third time at this location it's happened. Pretty over the GNC member fee when I can't even buy stuff in the store when I want haha

Been waiting for over 20 minutes.. no telling how long this "be back in 10 minutes" sign has been up... I came lastnight as well and they were closed well before their closing time

I was prepared to purchase 3 items totally over $100. The clerk knew nothing, stopped assisting me to help someone after me. Poor customer services. My first visit there and my last.
