Poor customer service, in my opinion. Seemed like an inconvenience to the sales lady. I did not feel that her manner of communicating and behaving was particularly attentive, helpful, or respectful.

Owner was very knowledgeable and extremely helpfull. We came in to get protein powder for our at threw hike and would go back in again for sure. Realy nice guy!!

This will be a very brief review. However, I must give a big shout out to Wayne for is sense of urgency in assisting me with what I needed. Location: this store is located in The Kroger shopping plaza off Hammond drive. If facing Kroger's, GNC will be to your right neighbors to a cleaners, Willy's and adjacent to Einstein Bagel. Parking: plenty parking spaces available around the plaza. The lot is huge and some spaces located directly in front of the store. This store is smaller location because it's not considered a corporate store. The corporate store is located in perimeter mall. The cleanliness and organization was exceptional and to top it off the customer exceeded my expectations. Wayne openly shared the feedback that he'd been getting regarding the supplements I'd purchased as well as introduced me to a few others in the event I wanted to have options. My entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. I definitely feel very welcome to return when needed. There are rewards programs offered to earn points and cash rewards. The Gold program is completely free, the other implies $39.99 annual fee for the PRO Access rewards membership. Lastly, if registered in either program, they will recognize your bday and present you with a gift. Hours of operation : Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm; Sunday 11am-7pm Ummm I guess this review wasn't that brief huh. I always write more than I intend (smh)....LOL, Well I hope this helps !
