I wasn’t going to comment, but I see others have had the same experience: the little jerk who takes donations there was incredibly rude to me and the person I was with. I hate to leave a place like this such a low review, but I fear the wrong person will interact with this hobbit, somehow not be the bigger person, and not have the grace and patience to ignore him.

Bought an item online they did their best to hide the damage in the photos and didn’t even bother writing the word damaged. Disgusting

Hit or miss on who’s on duty, I’ve gone twice and the first time, I got yelled at by some guy, and the second time, another guy was very nice and helpful

I looked this place up to see if others experienced what I did and apparently I'm not the only one: from the moment we pulled in, we were getting yelled at. The guy taking our items was 100% trying to start a fight with me. I never thought I'd leave a one star review anywhere but this place earned it.

I went to donate 2 bags of clothes, and the Short Kat Williams lookin dude was extremely aggressive and rude to me because I didn't pull my car in. I don't think he should work at a donation center if his bad attitude is literally driving people away. I was insanely nice, he was aggressive from the start. He said it was a security issue if my vehicle wasn't on camera, but I was on the camera. So it's not a security issue if I'm walking into frame of the camera. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

Person who took our stuff was so rude!
Basically yelled at me because I set a suitcase on the ground while we were unloading. Said that i should have grabbed the cart and loaded it, which is hilarious because another reviewer said they got yelled at for grabbing the cart and loading it. Seems like this person is just trying to spread negativity no matter what you do.

I’ve donated here a lot, but today was the last time. I pulled up and was met with immediate attitude & rude behavior. I received no help or direction, and was yelled at for moving a rolling donation cart to my trunk in order to put a heavy box on it. It’s such unacceptable customer service.

I was pulling donations out of my vehicle and without as much of a hello or good morning a woman came barreling out the open door waving her hands in a panic and told they aren’t taking donations yet. I did realize it was 10 min to 10am when they open but their door was wide open. Not sure why they would be rude and also disincentivize people from donating at a reasonable time. They also have wonderful $500 fine signs for “ dumping “ and no drop off bins. I’m sure there are reasons but I am trying to find time out of my busy day to do good and help others.

Quick and easy dropoff for everything! They have a "drive through" which is marked off by cones, make sure to enter parallel to the building instead of parking out front. The kind staff will even come out to your car with a cart and take your items for you, and a receipt with no frills. Great donation experience!

RUDE! I will Never donate here! I drive up and was immediately confronted to turn away as the direction to enter the drop off zone was unclear. Three staff just stood looking from the shade of the garage door. The man sees me park as I was done trying to do the stop off in my vehicle and says he can't take the donations unless I drive it up. He refused to allow me to hand deliver the two bags of clothes. Very rude guy and not helpful so I left and donated to another charity not far away. Select a local small charity as they were very appreciative of our donation. Goodwill needs better people to handle the drop off of donations. I was very sad and disappointed with the staff being so mean.

RUDE! Rude! Rude!
I pulled up next to the cones to simply walk a bag of clothes to the door from my trunk and I had the rudest interaction with the two people at the door. They were yelling at me that I needed to pull through the cones instead of parking and walking over the items to donate. They would not accept any items unless you drive through their cones when it looks like the cones are there to block traffic, not guide traffic through. I’d not have a problem if they were polite about it, however it couldn’t have been a worse customer interaction when all I was going to do was walk my donations to the door. Needless to say I did not end up dropping off anything and will be donating my things elsewhere.

Good will is a fraud don’t really do anything for our community they only want your old goods because one man trash is another man’s treasure they couldn’t even donate a old pair of shoes to a homeless person they had no shoes on i cancelled my donation pick up rather give it out to the homeless than give it to them to sell for profit because that’s all they are worried about $$

Went to donate today and a male worker came out and yelled at me for not pulling into the drive through. I didn’t realize it was a policy and it would have been nice if he would have explained it to me rather than scolding me. Took my donations elsewhere as nobody should be treated that way.
