The staff and even the customers are pleasant. I left my phone on a shelf and it was turned in at the register! Then more than half my purchase were on red tag sale! I feel blessed!!! Thank you for being here for us.

Found a few good clothing items especially this top and I got about seven ties at three dollars a tie which is funny because I’ve paid $30 for one tie at a retail store or more but to get 7 for under 30 was a great deal for me. Nice clean store with clean restrooms. Cool security available for safety. Large store. Large parking lot free for guests. The clothes were ordered by size and color. Not many items on the ground. I really appreciate that. I walked around the whole store, but I only found something in the clothes station. You have to keep your eyes open to be a good thrifter because you never know what you’ll find. Depends on the day and time when the workers put the new items out on how good of a pick you’ll get. It’s really a luck of the draw, but you have to keep your eyes open.

No fitting rooms (they actually have 6 rooms, but they're always locked and I was told they're never reopening them). You're also not allowed to try anything on in the bathroom, but if you buy something and it doesn't fit they won't refund you money, just store credit. Make it make sense.

Am a reseller , i thrift in bulk in most of the Goodwills in the ATL metro but to have a whole store manager assume or allerge that someone has changed all the pricing tags on most of the shoes i was buying was just so insulting! He made a pricing mistake and in his best defense , had to assume such. Also , there are a few girls who works as cashiers in this store who are overly rude and seem less motivated doing what they are supposed to!Overally , great inventory for the most part.

This location has 3 dressing rooms available but for some reason the staff refuses to open any of them, apparently customers are supposed to just try on their clothes publicly over the clothes you wore to the store in front of whatever mirrors are for sale in the back.
If I can't return clothes after purchase and I can't try them on properly before purchasing them then what is the point?
I guess the general mistrust of the public and the assumption that they will shoplift if allowed into the dressing rooms is an acceptable practice in Atlanta Goodwills.
Do better Goodwill, try to have a bit of you namesake.

Not very helpful or welcoming when dropping off items which is very unfortunate…

How do I know that the shoes cannot be changed? I bought them 3 days ago and today I go back to the store and they won't change them. I didn't see any signs specifying this. Please, if this policy exists, you should publish it somewhere.

The large lady with glasses and short curly blonde hair is an absolute disgrace. What kind of people are y’all hiring?
For context, it was my first time visiting this store and I got confused about the queue to pay.
Despite clearly being at the front of the line, she refused to serve me, serving people behind me first (even though they said I was in front).
As I was being served by her colleague, she then decided to talk smack about me under her breath, talking about “if you queued properly, you wouldn’t have to do all of that”. All of what ma’am?! I did nothing to warrant this treatment.
It was my first time visiting this Goodwill and she ruined what should have been a pleasant experience - a firm fixture in my trips to America.

This donation center is the absolute WORST I have ever used. I’ve donated hundreds of items (some extremely nice clothing) and the folks at the donation center are rude and not at all helpful. Tonight I rushed there to drop some things off after a meeting and arrived at 7:38 PM. Despite the online posting and the door signs indicating an 8 PM close, the guy would not open the door or allow me to drop off my items. He just looked at me and then looked away. I knocked on the door and he did the cut throat sign to indicate they were closer. I held up my watch to show the time and he just walked away. I will find another donation center that actually values their donors. This place is a JOKE.

I find good stuff here, name brand shoes and clothes. Though, I don't come here often as Northside drive is busy and also a commute for me. Never ever drive near here during rush hour.

It seems as if something fishy is going on at this place with the Employees. Every monday goodwill has a ninety nine cent color and today that color was blue. Found me 3 pairs of pants, tonull album, which was pretty nice.
But when I went to check out, I was informed by the employee that the 2 nice ones aren't blue tags.Even though it's obvious they're blue tags. I was told the tag must have been switched.Even though on the target self it said men's pants. Then I noticed as she ripped the tags off of them. She threw it in a box fold with a bunch of other stuff that I'm assuming had blue tags. I wonder what employee or friend of Is coming to get everything in that box at some point today
