I bring a ton of stuff here frequently. A lot of the time excellent service and easy to drop off. Generally good hours. I was extremely disappointed today when I arrived at 545 with a wealth of Childrens clothes and goods, they turned me away. Both the attendant and the manager were there and we talked, and they refused this several bag drop off even though they were there and store was open. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Otherwise store generally gets a 4-5. Today it would get a zero.

I took a Lyft to this location to donate as I had an appointment across the street. I was rudely told they were not accepting clothes as they were full with clothes and waiting on the truck. I then had to pay the Lyft to take me back home to drop off the donation and then back to my appointment across the street from this Ansley location. I will never donate to Goodwill again.

Arrived during open hours and turned away because they were busy with a truck? Not a pleasant attitude. I’m trying to donate free stuff and drove specially here. I’ll find a new charity

Horrible attitude of one of the employers. I arrive at 5:45pm on a Sunday raining . I checked online to see what time they close and it says “6:00pm”. I had some Lego toys to donate . He told me , although, they were open “ we are closed “with a bad mood face . I have been there before and the people were nice .

Very easy to donate. Yep people came to the car and unloaded bags of clothes then gave a receipt. Recommend!

Very convenient location but sometimes the employees are, shall we say, not happy working here. I want to feel good about donating because it's supposed to make a difference; runs counter to the experience when we interact with unhappy folks. But again, enthusiastically support Goodwill and their mission.

I have used this donation center many times over the years with good results. Today was so different. I opened my trunk and stated putting my 14 lg. Bags on the ground. No one came to help. I then went to the door and asked for help. A guy came out and informed me that they can no longer help and i should put the bags on a very small cart. I told him I needed help. He said very rudely that it was the rules and marched back inside. A girl came out and I asked why he wouldn't help. She first said they don't reach in cars. I said well I took it all out. She then said I wasn't parked in the right spot. I have parked in that exact spot over many years. She wasn't any nicer than the young man. I told her they had bad attitude. Fyi. I would be shocked if anything donated today was as nice as my things. It was a bad experience. Ps. I am 77 and the bags were very heavy.

It’s a quick drop off place for donation and felt like they are always open. Staff is nice and quick to give you a donation receipt too.
