I shop Goodwill every week. This is the most expensive Goodwill I have ever found. I found jeans on the women’s rack for $15 when the rest of them were eight dollars. What is up with that! Also, the items such as furniture are astronomical! I got a few good deals, but not enough for me to return.

Some of their employes.
Specially this lady named Mrs.B she has a bad attitude and treat people bad with no respect. I love coming to this store, but with people like this its hard shopping around.

Sonya was putting out shoes and got an attitude because I tried to get some off the shelf. She said I had to wait until she was done. She called me a Karen and told me I shouldn’t shop there. Because I told her she should be nicer working with the public.

I like this store, but the only issue is I found a three pairs of shoes in good condition and Goodwill mark down at the insole bottom with sharpie, and that is not good because I don't want to remove sharpie at home not easy.

One of the best goodwill I have been too. I mean the stuff they have. The workers are pretty nice also and the security guard helped me with my things to the car. Games still have all the pieces. I also got a bunch of nice clothing too

I’ve been going to this Goodwill since the grand opening, and I’ve seen managers come and go , but this store manager , can’t seem to even open her mouth and speak to the customers , we’re not there to make friends , but she has an issue with the employees talking to the customers (customer service is key !!!!!!!) the prices seem to continue to escalate and it’s noticeable… it’s ridiculous how the prices have taken a uptick . I’ve started to shop elsewhere and only go for an about 30 minutes then leave…Michelle is friendly and Shana is friendly . But the store manager needs customer service training skills !!!!! I’ll start to spend more time and money when the prices become compatible with the other Good Will stores ….

I've been an avid goodwill shopper since the land before time. But now... I'm over it!! Today in doing my regular goodwill runs to multiple locations I stopped in the Piedmont location. It's been a minute, as throughout the last 2 years I've had less of a desire to shop goodwill ever since they started price gouching and purposely removing/ withholding worthy furniture/art & various miscellaneous items from off the sales floor in attempt to price gouch online. It's egregious and shows that they no longer value the in-store shopping experience, and chucked it all up to taking up space for the sake of real estate ! But that's another conversation.
Nevertheless today I was taken aback when I was randomly approached by a very low vibrational human being and was told that my small purse was to big and needed to be taken out the store. Mind you it was indeed a very small purse but it had straps to wear on my back. It wasn't a book bag or medium tote, very small. Nevertheless, I was told this in a very rude way. Also, there were no signs on the door or announcement made as I entered the store. So imagine the surprise. Nevertheless, the energy the employee gave in relaying this was terrible! I was like huh?? She then said I needed to either leave it on the floor by the door, or needed to put it up or leave. I was boggled. Her approach was embarrassing and made me feel like a criminal. Mind you I've never been told this a day ever in my 10+ yrs of shopping goodwill on the daily. And after visiting 3 other goodwill stores today was still never told this. It was incredibly off putting. Luckily there was another woman and man (all from different backgrounds) there to witness it. Turns out they were all approached the same way and felt the same shock and disappointment in the manner It was conveyed. The consensus was that it spoke of bad energy as all 3 of us tried to explain to management how it made us feel. We were all respectful in saying this and tried to educate the employee and manager. The security lady proceeded to spew bad vibes, so no lesson was taken. With that said I left the items I was planning to purchase and headed out he store. Like tf!
Dear Goodwill of America, please get it together. I went from daily shopping to no longer finding value to even stop in.

Shame on you.....I am a faithful shopper...but I am appalled at your price gouging. You get the items free...and then have Ross prices!! I went in yesterday to look for barbie dolls...usually $1.01 then $1.69. But in 1 week ( CHRISTMAS) YOU RAISE THE PRICE TO $4.09????? We see you...( GREED) I promise we talk in the the eisle and buy less. We are there for the deals. Some of us, this is a way of life and how we dress or support our family. During the holidays, you should mark stuff down...things would fly out the door. I again say shame on you...it's the holidays...BAH HUMBUG!!!

I once purchased a pair of pants and returned them, as they did not fit. I was advised I'd receive in store credit since the fitting rooms were not available. I returned with the pair and receipt. The manager pointed out that my receipt said a red tag pants and not the orange tagged pair in my hand. Im not sure what the deal is on Goodwill's end, but either a cashier missed that pair or their system was off and mis-recorded the tag color of my purchase. Disappointing customer service
