Showed up 10 min before store opening — older man came out and said I couldn’t leave a box there by the front of the door. I told him I would be leaving it since I didn’t have time to wait. He proceeded to start loading it on a cart and taking it to the dumpster (far across the parking lot). By the time he gets back it will probably be 2-3 min from opening time.No common sense.So done with Goodwill. Won’t be shopping or donating there anymore, permanently blocked. I’ll make sure to take all of my stuff to a real charity.

Great place to find frames, pots for plants, storage bins, and everything you would normally pay 10 times more! Staff is very helpful

Arrived at 315p today. 10/9 to see this note as two hurried through a door inside towards the back. I started to get one of the car-seats out & guy pokes his head out with a rhetorical question... "You ok? We open at 330" (Like don't you see the sign.) Asked if I could give the 2 items to him or leave there. He said no to both and repeated they open back up at 330. At this point it's 13mins. Seriously?!?Pull off and note as soon as we did... girl steps out on her phone.Waste of time and (gas)money. Mine and Goodwill.

Good luck getting there when the staff is not on a random break. I've been numerous times, at different times of the day & they always seem to be closed for break. They won't even let you leave the items by the door.I recommend finding a different donation center if you don't want to wait 30min at the door only for them to allow you to drop it on the ground by the front door.It's a shame how difficult they make it to donate, at this location.

Really disappointed as this store shows they are open till 6:00 p.m. and I was here at 5:45 and it says closed. Would not have came all the way across town with donations had I known they would not be open.

Dude working Monday afternoon comes out and tells me to put the items on the cart. I open the trunk and he then tells me he can't accept my items because his store is full, waiting for a truck. I see plenty of space in the store and carts. He says go to the goodwill next to the liquor store.

Most disrespectful persons I've ever encountered. The gentlemen completely denied that I was just here with a donation. Looking for my dogs leash! No you didn't he kept saying. I would have remembered a dog leash. Described the bags. No, nothing like that. None of the donations I'm offered .... No, definitely not he continued. May I just look. It's my daughter's dog. Finally, the other older woman employee let me in. Come in, and like through the tubs. She pointed at the tubs. She had me lift them alone. Here's the bag, and here's some of my donations. Had me lifting tubs ... now you can put them back. That one goes there ... and so on. Condescending. Nasty is as nasty does. Dog and animal stuff mixed in with people's clothes! Nasty. They don't care. Pet allergies. Dirty. I wash my donations before I drop off and now ... its mixed in with leashes and collars. Ridiculous I didn't find the leash. I thanked them for allowing me in. Neither said anything. Once I got home, got Rocky out of the car, I found the leash. Relief. Does it curb my experience? Definitely not, their customer service was next to none.

In and out. Dropped off my donation. The attendant gave me my receipt and wished me a Happy Valentine's Day with a smile. Volunteerism is alive today.
