It's Goodwill. Not much else to say. Not as good of a selection as usual but that can change in a moment. Employees are lovely.

I bought earrings to see if they went with my outfits and they didn’t so I tried to return them and I was told I couldn’t even though I never wore them. I was returning because they didn’t match my outfits and one of the earrings I received was super sticky (clearly old because it had been sitting in the glass case) neither one of the associates were helpful at all either.

Great Goodwill location! I am a reseller, and I found several top brands such as Lily Pulitzer, Armani, and several others. I also found some pretty epic vintage items. The store was overall pretty clean and organized. One thing I noticed that is different from other locations I’ve been to is that their swimsuits and scrubs are mixed in with the other clothes. There’s not a separate section for these. When I went to check out, there were seven other people in front of me and four cashiers so the checkout process went really quickly. The cashier even helped me by noticing that one of the pairs of pants had holes that I had missed.

I just left this piece of junk store with a horrible staff that couldn’t care less whether the customers wait 25 minutes in line to check out with one cashier. There must’ve been 10 of us in line waiting. When someone said something to the cashier, she just laughed and said the manager has to call the cashier. This kind of horrific arrogant disgusting Management or mismanagement rather come straight from the top of this piece of junk company. I hope they go out of business. I’ve had it with them after supporting them for 30 years, this is the way they treat us

DISCRIMINATION/PROFILING AT IT'S BEST!! This used to be my 2nd favorite Goodwill store as of today 7/31/2024 that has changed as to what I saw and experienced while shopping at this location today! Today towards the end of the day I went to the store and there were black employees only working at that time (I have no problem with that at all).The problem started when this black guy (employee mid 30's -40's) while I'm shopping he's watching me likea hawk, NO JOKE!!! He was pretending he was putting up clothes but he wasn't! He wouldn't even get out of my way in the aisle for me to look at the clothes, I had to get out of the aisle go to the next aisle to be able to look at the clothes on the other end of the aisle that he wouldn't let me get by to look at. I'm watching him just like he's watching me, 2- 3 Mexicans passed by him and he starred at them and made a funny face and wouldn't get his eyes off of them till they paid. Next I moved to a different section, in that area was an older black lady with long gray dreadlocks organizing the racks, there were Hispanics at the counter paying, different people from previously a little hispanic boy walks out the door with a toy in his hand and the lady with the dreadlocks screams at the boy from the racks and tells him to bring that back into the store, the cashier ( handicapped black lady possibly in management) tells her it's OK that it's paid for! Now it's time for the store to close the handicapped black lady with long breads was the ONLY nice employee in that store. She tells me after paying that I need to change carts to take my things out to my car because I couldn't carry everything with me ( she wanted me to switch to a cart without the pole). I switched out my stuff to another cart and as I'm walking out of the store the same black guy that was stalking me while shopping yelled from the cash register and called the manager Verna and pointed at me while I'm walking out of the store! What the HELL is wrong with these employees profiling EVERY Hispanic person that was shopping at this store?? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! You don't like it when people discriminate against you, so don't do it to other races either!!!! I spend a LOT of money when I shop at Goodwill, so please stop behaving the way you do!! This store has changed a lot and not for the better!!! The other thing I noticed is that this week they only had 1% of the color tag of the week out on the floor, it used to be 20% . You guys are getting out of control when the items are donated to the store you don't pay a dime for one thing in that store ,so stop acting like it costs the company money because it doesnt!!! This was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE TODAY!! Keep it up and you'll keep losing more and more customers as your prices are skyrocketing now, along with your DISCRIMINATION issues as I've read it seems like it's happening QUITE OFTEN NOW!!!

I love this place, I saw something today that I do not like it. There was a couple ladies choosing clothing but same time placing and blocking the aisle with the carts full of items between the racks of clothing , and I noticed there were some customers that were trying to go through the clothing but they could no go through. I understand when there is not people around is fine, but when you see people we have to place our cart on side.

I am traveling across Georgia and I was looking for one specific item and when I asked if they had it, they would not go in the back and check. They were very passive aggressively polite but not helpful in the least

BEWARE: This operation is nothing more than an over-priced junk shop. The "manager" and cashiers, at least on my recent visit a few days ago were rude and condensending since I did not fit their profile of who is "welcome" and threatened to call the police when their attitude and behavior were called into question. Goodwill, for far too long, has rested on its past reputation as a "non-profit" and benevolent business. I seriously question whether their stated goal to help people find jobs really exists as well. I rarely post a negative review but this review needs to be read by anyone who cares where to chose to spend their money. I will not return.

I am so disappointed in this Goodwill. This the second time I have been discriminated against. Why? If you do not like people of the other race then don't work in a customer facing service area. I was checking out yesterday & I had to ask Sky to pack my Ceramic Bowl. I support & donate to all Goodwill Stores. Anytime a customer buys something breakable they automatically wrap it for you. Why should a customer have to ask? I Pray everyday that God removes racism. I know that starts with the person first.

Misrepresented item. Tag said queen sheet set but it was actually 2 twin flat sheets. I tried to return item but the manager cut me off mid-sentence and said NO RETURNS. I then directed my eyes to the cashier and told him that it was labeled incorrectly and I needed queen sheets. The manager said that she was offended that I addressed the employee and now she will definitely not giving me a refund and she walked away. Wow!
I guess you have to unwrap all the items to make sure they are labeled correctly.

I went to goodwill with my husband just to look at a few things as we always donate to goodwill. Upon exiting the building there were a few items sitting outside the building, and we decided to take a look .
As I was telling my husband how lovely the item looked maybe we could go back in and purchase the item a young man by the name of Justin, walked out chewing his cud and started yelling at me “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM HERE “ I said to him, I was only looking.. He then said well you are not allowed to look either.. I said there is no sign that says i can't look.. He then stated, well he will be calling the police if I don't move, and he will ban me from the premises..
Now as a valued customer i did nothing wrong, I was only looking-at the items that were just placed outside by someone. I did not take anything!!! I felt disrespected and embarrassed as other passer-by could hear him yelling at me. I felt like he was insinuating that i was stealing something, mind you these item were outside the building. To visit an establishment such as Goodwill and to be treated like garbage is not what i expected..
