My least favorite goodwill in Atlanta. You’d think with it being in an expensive area that there would be some good stuff, but it seems that it all gets auctioned, so only the junk makes it to the shelves here

if you’re not a regular, don’t waste your time! the resellers are out of control and so aggressive. I’ve seen customers bribe the workers and they bring the new things right to them but won’t let you do the same unless you pay up. wish they would do something to stop this from happening. so unfair to everyone else!

This store is filled with resellers. You can’t even get/look at any of the new items they put out because a lady with headphones and sunglasses on is trailing the employee and grabbing everything they put out. I’ve been to this location about 4 times and every single time it’s the same story with the same lady. It really makes shopping here unenjoyable. This needs to be prevented to give everyone a chance to shop!!

This is the best goodwill inside the Perimeter of Atlanta. My friends always fine a ton of clothing here. I found a brand new standing desk for $13 and some great picture frames. The men’s shirts section is really good too.

don't donate here. all they do is throw donations in the back dumpster . every time I gave them a box all I heard was glass shattering.

DONT DONATE HERE
Every time I come here to donate they just throw boxes in the back. The whole time I was unloading my car, all I heard was glass shattering.
I was never offered a receipt and the man on duty never even said a word to me. Even after I attempted to speak with him.

Zero stars if I could. Was in this store on 7/22/20254 between 2pm and 3pm and encountered the most arrogant and rude (what appeared to be a manager of some type) guy. I held the door open for him when we entered the store and he didn't even say thank you. Encountered him again and he was rude beyond words. You would have thought he was working in Gucci store or something. Will never return.

Dirty, disorganized, and overpriced. Toy area is trashed and mostly broken and missing pieces. A couple items I was interested in had no price tags and there were no available employees to ask. Bathrooms are disgusting and in disrepair. Only one cashier for a line of 10 people. Just surprising that the huge corporation that profits so much money doesn’t put any of it back into making the stores a pleasant place.

Terrible and horrible experience dropping my donation bags today. The man excepting donation bags was rude, slow and disrespectful. He called me 'mama' and asked me to move literally my car 10ft forward after I already had doors and back of my car open. He was then cursing when I was trying to hurry and put some bags on the ground next to his cart that I already loaded full to the top. That is in addition to that I was doing all the unloading myself. I drove away in shock. Looked back at him and saw him throwing all my bags in the big metal trash container on the parking lot. That is too bad because there were actually some nice items there from LuLulemon and Patagonia that our kids outgrew. Over the years I have dropped bags and bags of donations at this location, but I won't be coming back. I will find another place to donate our items even if I have to drive extra distance.

April 2017: good finds!
Edit for May 2024: The store really needs to be cleaned. I expect there to be old things for sale, but there is literally trash, garbage, gunk, dust… all over the store. I couldn’t stay long as my allergies started to flare up which doesn’t happen in other locations. Could also be that everyone was allowed to bring their dogs in the store too. Overpriced and disgusting. Please clean the store. Too many employees just sitting around in the bench near the door.

Resellers ruined this store!!!!! Good luck getting anything good. These trashy people literally live there 9 to 5 that is their job. They are rude and pushy! They camp and wait till employees bring out new stuff and follow them and grab everything that looks good. So NO nice items make it to the rack!!! Last week I saw them fighting over a pair of shoes! I tried to grab a t-shirt that was just put on the rack next to me where I was standing and one of the resellers almost knocked me over and snatched it literally in front of me! They will kill you for a Northface t-shirt or anything that has a "brand" name. It is impossible to find anything good there. I live in the area and been coming to this goodwill for years and do not remember it being that bad even 2-3 years ago. It is as if they all woke up one day and learned about poshmark. It is a war zone go and try it for yourself you will see! Terrible experience what a shame used to be a great store.
