Came here on Sunday at 11:50am with a bag full of clothes, employee said “we do not take clothes”. Such a waste of time trying to donate.

Arrived at 11:45am on a Tuesday and the doors were sitting open with an employee sitting inside. I brought in my one trash bag of clothes and the older woman said to me “didn’t you see that we’re closed .” I told her no ma’am I saw the operating hours and that the doors were open and the sign on the door was flipped to Open. She said she needed to load things to a truck so they were closed.
A little frustrating that it’s so difficult to donate even a small amount of things at a donation center.

The gentlemen who helped me at the donation drop point were courteous and very helpful. I really appreciated their attitude and willingness to help me unload my donations.

Website, signs, and hours posted outside stated “open”. Parker’s inside but doors were locked and they didn’t let us in. Call before you go or go somewhere else

Black old lady refused a donation of baby clothes I had because she supposedly needed a truck. Not sure what that means besides just a lazy excuse. I was willing to bring the bag all the way inside but still refused.

Goodwill used to be a place to go when you may be a little down on your luck and needed clothes. They had a great selection at awesome prices. Now it's just like going to Walmart. Why am I going to pay 10 for a used shirt when I can get it new for the same price or cheaper? What happened, goodwill?

You want me to spend money on bubble wrap to pad and donate vases that you will sell for profit? Be real.

Nice location, that made it easy to stop by on our way to the airport. Called in advanced and a staff member was waiting for me at the door to receive our clothes donation.

Stopped in on my way to a U-Haul shipping container to donate a tv stand, a wooden chair and a Mac monitor I could not use anymore, but an employee ran outside and yelled at us that “we don’t take that!” We asked him if they would take the monitor donation, and he would not listen to us and just kept screaming “we don’t take that!” I have no idea what this person was thinking, but he was flying off the handle and completely foolish and reactionary. We asked him what he did take, to which he replied “Not that!” I know Atlanta is known for its lack of service mindset, but this was rudeness and hostility like I’ve never experienced before. We left and went to Lost and Found to donate the items where the proceeds benefit queer homelessness. Please avoid this donation center - they have a terrible attitude and broken brains administering the location.

Super simple transaction. The lady was on her phone and I don’t blame her since she’s in there by herself, but immediately when I entered she stood up greeted me, took my bags, and gave me my receipt.

Really hostile attitude here! They really resented helping a 70 year old woman with heavy things! There used to be nice helpful people here but no more.
