I took my truck in to replace the side mirror, as I only needed the mirror cover and glass—both of which cost just $70 on Amazon. Everything else, including the electrical components, was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off (I even checked beforehand). However, after two days, my company declined the repair because the shop was trying to charge over $600 for the job. When I went to pick up the truck to fix it myself, I found that they had removed the door panel without any reason, and mysteriously, the electrical system was no longer working.
In the end, I bought all the parts on Amazon for $70 and replaced them myself, but now the electrical system doesn’t work at all—for no apparent reason. Very disappointed with this experience and wouldn’t recommend their service.

A few weeks ago I needed to get a new set of tires for my wife's Tesla and some repairs to my SUV. I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus at this location and he was the best example of what customer service should look like in a auto repair shop. Eventhough I already had an undesstanding of what was wrong with my vehicle, Marcus was thorough and had great people skills. He connected with each custome that walked through the door.
However, Tony! He is the exact opposite. And to say he's the Store Manager is a negstuve reflection of what Goodyear has to offer. He had the worst attitude, almost disrepectful at times, and what seems to be no desire to be there. He needs an adjustment in his attitude or maybe he should trade places with the mechanics in the shop so that he doesnt have any customer interactions. People like Tony dont deserve to be keading an establishment like this. He will be the cencer that has other employees treating customers this way. Had I not already been finished with my repairs I would have canceled everything after dealing with Tony.
Tony is my ONLY reason for the 1 star rating, in hopes that someone above him sees this. Because he acts like he owns Goodyear!

Paid for a new condenser for my old Civic. The price doubled when the compressor also needed to be repaired. They pleaded ignorance saying there is no way of knowing other parts are broken without the condenser. They definitely knew this could be a money pit and took advantage of my ignorance. Leaving customers in the dark for an optional repair like AC is dirty and I will never take my business there again.

I have a warranty but they were so adamant that my axles would not be covered under my warranty. They were so negative so I went to Good year on Hammond Dr my warranty was honored and it was much cheaper. Kudos to Hammond D.

Truly a horrible display of customer service and blatant lying. I experienced a transmission issue on my 2014 Dodge Charger and had left it to this Goodyear. Once checked out, I was told over the phone THREE TIMES the only service I was paying for was a "block test" for my engine which was $35. When I arrived to the shop to retrieve my car, I was given a bill for $186. They charged me for a "diagnosis run" as well which was not informed to me as the customer, nor did I agree to that at all in any case.
When confronted about the over charge, the manager Tony and the sales associate "Q" did nothing but gaslight the situation, claim "I didn't remember what they told me", and held my vehicle hostage unless the total of $186 was paid. I also did not receive the itemized list requested for what was needed to be done to my vehicle. I, the customer, was flat out lied to and taken advantage of, while also being made to look as if I'm angry or irate, when I arrived with the pretense of paying $35 for a simple engine test, but was forced to pay $186. Another sales associate agreed they lied and stated they should've only rung me up for $35.
These guys are unfortunately money hungry losers and they will lie to you over the phone and take advantage of any dollar they can. If going here, asked for itemized lists of work, associates names who you speak to on the phone, and maybe record your phone calls with this location. They will lie to you.
The most disgusting display of customer service I've ever experienced and associates Tony and Q have not one ounce of professionalism, integrity, or honesty in their very, very small minds. Sadly this is what makes them nobodies. Unfortunate.
I also called Goodyear and D.W. Campbell Corporate to report this claim and they informed me that THIS LOCATION is NO LONGER ASSOCIATED with D.W. Campbell OR Goodyear and is an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED SHOP. So in actuality, we DON'T KNOW who owns this shop and why they still wear Goodyear uniforms. They are lying for every dollar they can because basically, nobody can challenge them! Do not send your car here!

Disappointed more than anything. Went in to get my car serviced for a Driver Seat Motor that had went bad. My issue was that, I paid for a diagnostics and was assured that they would do a thorough job of detecting what my issue was, seeing that the diagnostic doesn't go towards the repair. The amount of man hours necessary to detect my issue was the cost of diagnostics. I respect time, energy and money. However it wasn't reciprocated when it came time for them to do the due diligence. My seat was never examined nor, was any fuses checked to see what my issue was. I knew the motor in the seat was bad. However they didn't go behind me to ensure if it was the track or the actual motor that was the issue. How do I know? There are plastic cosmetic coverings that hide the bolt connecting the seat to the frame. They were never taken off. Also no bolt was ever loosen or adjusted from being "examined". I would go a step further to stay they probably didn't even check the fuse, but I cant say for certain. I was offered a used seat from a potential junkyard that wouldn't match my interior, but solve the motor issue. Also I was told my track and motor are discontinued. Yet I found them on Amazon and called Ford to see if they could get it. I didn't oblige because that was an easy route of replacing my seat vs just doing they job of actually diagnosing my vehicle. I'm not writing this to be a disgruntled customer. I'm writing this more-so as an "alert" to say do better Goodyear.SincerelyAisha
