I usually avoid large chain service businesses & corporations like the plague, but these guys are always great to deal with, and get the work done well and on time. Darwin, Jason, Michael and Alphonso are good guys.

I had a flat tire and went there! Alphonso Royals was great and very commutative !!
The crew seemed very professional. They took care of my tire . I would go there again if needed.

I’m usually very satisfied with this location. Personable staff and they articulate what needs to be done in a manner that anyone can understand. Two stars today b/c I paid for a service that included a tire rotation & when I arrived home, I realized it hadn’t been done. After inquiring, I was told that the tires didn’t need to be rotated. Just would have been nice to know that before I left the facility.

I've been coming to this location for 17+ years, and I can't say enough how much I truly appreciate the consistently wonderful and thoughtful service that I receive here. The staff are great but most importantly Michael, store manager, and Jason, expert technician, are both brilliant and have been the reason why I've been a loyal customer for so long. I've never had an issue that they haven't been able to problem solve in an effective and timely manner. My bf used a competitor next to his work to change his spark plugs and created more problems with his vehicle and took two weeks in attempts to fix it, even with that store manager taking it to another of their locations and they still couldn't fix the problems. Brought the vehicle here and Jason had it figured out in maybe an hour. The manager at the competitor reimbursed my bf for the reasonable fees that this Goodyear charged to resolve the issue, which was created by a competitor and now my bf doesn't want to take his vehicle to anywhere but this Goodyear. They're "simply the best!"
