They messed up my hair. Lady did not care, just cut willy nilly. Had to go somewhere else to fix it. Always a different person cutting your hair here every time.

Didn’t follow simple requests at all. Printed description of men’s haircut. Nope. Asked what I wanted done. Nope. Bad fade, uneven lengths all over top, thinned so stray hairs half my head. Bangs shorter than all middle and back of head. Seriously, how does this place even get more than 4 stars. I get it’s a quick haircut place. I’m OK with people trying, but not listening isn’t.
Edit: no I won’t email your customer service to get a free haircut from the same bad location, why in the world would I want that? Plenty of options, sorry.

Took my 2 year old son to get his first haircut and the women who cut his hair was excellent. Very quick process (online rsvp). Will be back!

My 8-yr old and I went to check out the wait time, and we were lucky to get in before the weekend rush! Antoinette worked with my kiddo, and Tay worked with me. They both listened to what we wanted and did great jobs on our hair. We will be returning to these stylists!

Checked-in online. A lady came to the counter after her customer left and said that she would take me after she swept. She proceeded to do other things like take out the trash, all while completely ignoring me, then eventually left Ended up waiting about 20 minutes to be taken by another stylist.
