2 people cutting hair is fine all day long. After 5pm, y’all need at least 3. 5-7pm is when most people that work all day are going to try to get a haircut. Have the staff on hand to serve that demand.

Wish I could give a 0 star review if possible. Extremely rude staff. I walked in trying to get a haircut and I didn't have a reference and just wanted to see what would be good for me. The staff started poking my head and pulling my hair and looked visibly upset that I didn't come in with a reference or knew what I wanted exactly. I didn't even stay for the haircut because I knew that she would not do a good job.

Always a quick and easy experience at this location. Been coming here over a year now and they always get me in and out in less than 20 min with a quality cut.

I want to commend Denita..She not only does a top notch job with cutting and styling my hair( like I always prefer), but always provides the most cordial and outgoing customer service. Denita's awesome way of interacting with customers cannot be taught. She always makes me feel like a valued customer and represents Great Clips with a wonderfully positive and professional demeanor.

this is the WORST place i have ever been to. the lady was nice but oh my god this is the worst haircut i have ever gotten in my life. i asked my curtain bangs and got bangs ABOVE MY EYEBROWS. i start school soon and this was the worst possible thing that could’ve happened. do. not. go. here. this is the one piece of advice i give to you and if you do not listen you are digging your own grave. i have to pay now to get extensions because i have never gotten such a terrible haircut in my life. i want to give ZERO stars. do not go here.

I'm really confused because all of the recent reviews for this place are so positive. I was super stoked to come here with my husband to get a haircut, but we were met with very unkind service. I did not even have a chance to finish telling my stylist how I wanted my hair cut and she was already cutting pieces off. Not surprisingly, she misunderstood what I wanted and gave me the wrong haircut. After I re-explained what I wanted, she seemed super annoyed and insisted that that wasn't what I had asked for. She very hastily cut it closer to what I was asking for and continued to insist that it was my fault that my instructions were misunderstood. In the end my haircut was decent, but definitely rushed.
My husband's haircut actually looks great, but the stylist was in a hurry and cut up the back of his neck pretty badly. Overall, the haircuts were decent but the service was less than kind. We both got the impression that it was an inconvenience to cut our hair, and they were in a huge hurry to be done even though there was not a single other customer waiting. I will not be returning to this location.
