Preston did my Hair cut, he was rude from the start, didn’t clearly listened to what exact haircut i needed, cut my hair way shorter than i asked to, furiously used trimmer everywhere, and acted in a way which felt as if i am an untouchable person, felt humiliated at certain times, I personally felt i was been treated unfairly by being unreasonably rude and angry for no reason whatsoever. Customer Service should prioritized for all races and gender.
This is same pattern observed wherein certain races (look at the reviews) are being treated unfairly at this location, all them felt racism against them.
I will escalate this to corporate, and above, Racism is not acceptable.

My 17 year old grand-daughter got a haircut at this location 2 days ago, and she is very pleased with the haircut and also the very nice stylist, who is close to my age. The stylist recommended a shampoo for my grand-daughter because she has oily hair. The shampoo is really excellent: my grand-daughter is very pleased with the shampoo.

I took my husband there for his hair cut multiple times. Their service was good but the wait time is sometimes more than 30 minutes. They have online check in option. You can check in online and arrive at the salon as per the estimated time. The price seemed a bit higher to me compared to their service.

I had worst service during my visit to your salon today, the stylist, was unprofessional/inattentive. They seemed rushed and did not listen to my requests regarding my hair. I have requested them to shorten the hair but the stylist was so rude responding, the quality of the service was poor. I'm being in the saloon for the past 10 years but never been treated like this..

I signed in online and when I arrived I sat and waited. The monitor screen in the store tells you the order of customers in the waiting queue. They pulled 2 people that were behind me in line. They didn’t give me any explanation and just said you will be next. Not coming to this location in the future.

Please don’t go this location. The Black guy didn’t want to give me a haircut. He acted very disrespectfully toward me and didn’t speak to me at all. It was one of the worst moments in my life.

Rude hairdresser Gay male Sunday, April 6, 12:30 PM. Was totally rude to my boyfriend. Did not ask what he wanted to begin with. My boyfriend said he wanted it a little shorter and this obnoxious man told him not to tell him how to do his job.

I had the worst experience ever. I have been in the US for 2 years, have been coming to great clips, and am usually satisfied with the haircut and the treatment. Today, an Asian lady cut my hair, and she was rude from the start. Didn't bother listening to what I wanted. I was treated really poorly. Very annoying experience.

Henny has given me the best haircuts for the past 2 years at cumberland festival location. i recently moved 18 miles away but i still drive to her to get my cut.

When you go ask for Cherisie !!!! I had the best service done today by her. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and gave me exactly what I envisioned.
Idk what kind of magic she has in her hands but her end result is what I've always wanted for my hair to look like. I asked for a trim, and that I like layers. She didnt take too much length and did some curtain bangs/face framing in the front which is what I loved. I've never had such a great experience until her work today. Thank you so much!!!!
