Usually I would give this location a 5 because everyone knows how to cut hair. What I didn’t like is they advertised $9 haircut. When I cashed out they told me that the discount was for new customers only. They did give me $5 off.

I wanted a reasonable priced haircut so that’s why I came here. The employees were friendly. I asked for a U shape hair cut and hair wash. I opted out of the hair dry. I dried it myself when I got home, didn’t notice anything. A week later I am noticed that my haircut is uneven.

Very disappointing experience. We requested a few adjustments to the haircut at some places where we not satisfied, but the barber refused to make any corrections. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Definitely not returning.

I'm OK with ths place, despite a few of there employees are obviously not happy working there. They cut my hair like I want. When you check out, it seems there smiles go away, even if you leave a tip. I understand. Hard to make a living working for Great Clips.

Avoid getting the hair cut by this lady. She is really rude and does really bad job. She should be asked to behave properly with customers. I regret getting haircut from her.

Very nice and professional people out there. They always welcome you warmly and all are quite experienced hair stylists. My favorite is Ms. Lee. She knows perfectly what suits me and does her job quite diligently.

I have been coming here for almost 18 months to see Chris who styles and cuts my hair (I don’t have alot of it) but he does a great job and always gets the blend just right. 5 stars!

Chris gave me the greatest haircut. I’ve been to other places where they are so rough with it, but Chris was so gentle and professional. Clean station and great attention to detail.

I came in to get my ends trimmed, etc. and Chris Reed, the stylist, did an excellent job, beyond just a trim. He took a lot of time , and he was extremely professional.I was so pleased, I will ask for him every time I visit.

I am extremely pissed. Walked into this location waited for about 35 mins. Was denied service by an Asian woman with dark red hair and glasses. I have a sew in that is currently cut into a bob, I wanted the cut shorter, she said it is great clips policy to not cut “ fake hair”. Well, I visited great clips location on in Buckhead back in September with a similar hair style they cut my hair with no problem. Anywho this lady at the Roswell Rd location continued to say “we don’t cut fake hair” “we don’t cut wig” “it’s not you real hair”. I said ma’am this is not a wig this is a sew in, she proceeds to say “it not you real hair. We only cut real hair”. Furthermore she said it was a liability to line up my bob, because I would be mad if she “messed it up”. I said why would I be mad? She says “oh you not be mad”?Then says I’m sorry we don’t cut fake hair at this location. This felt like discrimination, the level of ignorance on ethnic an hair style is unacceptable. I have virgin human hair not synthetic. Horrible experience & customer service. My question is what’s the difference in liability if you “mess” up a cut on my natural hair ? Then to assume I would be mad! Stereotype and discrimination at its finest. Not to mention today is my birthday.
