My wife and I went shopping last Sunday, February 15th. She tends to be quite organized and usually has a short list of items she wants to check out, so there's not much aimless browsing involved. After making some purchases at Tiffany's and Jimmy Choo, she had her eye on a particular Gucci bag and wanted to pick it up while we were nearby. As we approached the store around 2 PM, we noticed it was almost empty, with only a few customers inside. When we reached the entrance, a security guard was standing by the door. He reached out as if to open it for my wife, but instead, he physically blocked our entry. This was concerning for two reasons: first, he made physical contact with my wife, which I found to be highly inappropriate, and second, there was hardly anyone in the store, with one salesperson standing alone. Given that this brand has been struggling for years, I’m relieved they stopped us from spending our money there; we certainly won’t be making that mistake again

I bought sunglasses with lifetime warranty but when I came here to get service they said me to wait 3 months at least. Gucci you are scammers!!! I just needed one screw and these scammers said me 3 months!
I will never come back !!!!

This Gucci location is by far the most classless. Unprofessional location to ever exist this explains why Gucci isn’t thriving as much anymore in addition to other designer brands are equally as nice. I would never ever shop in this location again. They have been so unresponsive and rude. They haven’t responded back to my messages regarding my bracelet and the store isn’t around the corner. My complaint will get responded back to even if I have to spend ours on to find a contact person outside of the phone number provided

My watch broke and it has been a hassle getting Gucci to fix it. They insist on me mailing it and waiting weeks for them to inspect it before they can tell you if they can fix it or not. It’s a ceramic piece that is limited addition so I cannot take to just any watch repair unfortunately.

Charles has taken great care of my husband and I during our last 2 visits this month. They didn’t have the limited edition Savoy bag we wanted but he made sure it was ordered and we received it within 2 days. I wanted to leave a review and brag on the most amazing SA at Gucci! Yared is an absolute gem! My family and I went to Gucci yesterday in search of a particular bag. Yared immediately greeted us and retrieved the bag I wanted to look at from the back, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and all of the bags. He also pulled out similar styles for me to look at. We talked about bags, makeup, and other luxury bags in my collection. I mentioned that this was my first boutique experience, as i usually order online. He kindly offered me the full experience which made the entire experience wonderful. He gave me his opinion when i couldn't decide between two bags from the 1955 horsebit collection. He gave me all the time i needed to decide and truly made our experience at Gucci phenomenal. Gucci is so lucky to have him and i look forward to shopping with him again.

Purchased so slide for my wife and the size was a little off. All I wanted to do is exchange for a bigger size. Unfortunately I was outside the 30 days but I don’t think the company will go out of business if they exchanged one size for another. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Gucci should learn from Amazon customer service.

Bought a $500 dollar pair of Gucci sunglasses which came with a Kering warranty and the polarizing filter started peeling after a very short time. Gucci/Kerring would not repair nor offer credit. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. and awful customer service. Do not buy!

I will never do business at this location again. I dropped my bag off for repair in December and a month later, I still hadn’t received any update on the status of my repair transaction. I called the number given to me over 4 times and no one could provide me with an update or solution.
I asked if I could have my bag back without the repair and I was told that my bag was sent out for repair and there was nothing that they could do but send the store a message that I called about a status update and have the store reach out to me. That never happened.
I finally went in to the store and the gentleman advised me that my bag was only sent out for repair on February 1st. Again, nothing that they could do because the bag was now in New York (where it allegedly was the past couple of months).
March is here and still no bag. Highly disappointed with the incompetence of staff, lack of communication, and deplorable customer service.

I purchased a bag over seas & wanted to exchange it for a different color. I contacted Gucci & was told i have 14days to exchange the bag. My email actually said 30 days. I was told the bag was at Phipps plaza & I would only have to pay the difference in the exchange rates of the country (roughly $30 or $40). I went online to book an appointment to make sure the bag was at the location. I quickly received a text message stating Gabriella would assist me on arrival. I arrived on time. BTW Phipps Plaza opens at 10am but Gucci does not open until 11am. My appointment was at 11am so I waited at the door & looked in to see employees through out the store.11am goes to 11:05 am & finally the doors open to myself & a few others patiently waiting. Gabriella was the one that opened the door when asked for her. So after waiting on her to open the door and shuffle people in she assisted me. I told her i was exchanging a bag purchased overseas. She first off had a dry attitude & asked where is my dust bag & where is my receipt. I was told by Gucci services when i called that everything was online on my account & giving my phone number will show my purchase info. Well Gabriella got frustrated that she could my make the exchange transaction & told me she was a manager & she does not know why my purchase info online is not allowing her to make the exchange. I asked has no one ever purchased a bag overseas and brought to this store for exchange because surely I’m sure someone has. Gabriella had to ask for assistance from another “manager” & they were able to easily make the transaction. I was charged US local tax for the exchange for those who want to know. Gucci services told me i would only pay the difference in the cost of the bag based on the exchange rate of the 2 countries not the tax too. I liked the color of the bag so I paid the cost. Gabriella & another employee we’re talking saying there was no security in the store & not enough employees. I was like well let me hurry this transaction so I can leave because its now 30 minutes later on a simple exchange. Gabriella say oh “no worries” take your time, because i asked to view 2 other bags. Gabriella went to locate a bag (took a few minutes) . She popped up on the other side of the store which was weird & she located another bag & i swear it took 10-15 minutes for her to located the bag as if she had to go the a storage vault nearby. I asked if she had a hard time locating the & she said they had a lot of inventory. My partner then comes in to check on me because of the time it took. I thanked Gabriella and proceeded out the store. My partner says you frustrated her I could see it on her face. If anyone was frustrated it was certainly me. I will never shop that location again & possibly not Gucci. If anything you get a better experience shopping online!

Picked up an in-store order today and had a pleasant experience. Gabriella assisted me with getting my purse and I’m looking forward to coming back and getting some more pieces.
