too bad you can't give zero stars or else I would've. These guys are a joke, I ordered Fender T bucket, it arrived and the back of the neck varnish is splintering, and it feels very uncomfortable and the top machine head bolt is broke, and machine is leaning forward so the tune doesn't stay, I'll never from these guys again. There's better options out there like Sweetwater and American musical supply stay away from these jokers. buyer beware!!

The customer service at the store is abysmal. They always say that you should treat everyone with respect, no matter how much perceived value they have. I came in here looking for some simple keyboard stickers for a beginner at keyboard. I had checked on the Web first, and it said they had them in stock. I roamed around the entire store (with no one offering to help until I was exiting the store). I finally approached two employees who were standing behind a desk back by the guitar section having a personal conversation. I had to finally interrupt them to get their attention. When I asked about the stickers they both looked at me fairly dismissively said they don't know. When I told him I saw that they were available on the Internet they said well go check in the book section and one of them took me over there and then just gestured down the aisle and said they'll be somewhere over there. No one is going to be shocked to know that they were not there. I couldn't find them, and no one ever came back to help me. I ended up exiting the store, purchasing nothing. But the jokes on them, because I was also planning to come back in a couple months to purchase a high dollar item. Now I'm gonna go spend my money somewhere that the employees actually care to help customers. With online retailers eating away at brick and mortar revenue every day, every customer and their loyalty matters.

Only one employee working in the guitar area. After waiting 45 minutes to purchase a guitar and he said we were next, he went and helped another customer that showed up after us. We stopped by this location while on a 8 hour trip especially to buy a Fender acoustic guitar. Ended up leaving and just ordered what we wanted directly from Fender online. The customer service at Guitar Center in Atlanta was absolutely terrible. Will never go back.

I had a great experience purchasing a keyboard here. Lots of devoted attention from Tuesday to help me select the right one. Very knowledgable and not pushy at all. They didn't have the one I selected in stock as new so I went home with a demo (and given a discount). The demo had a non-functioning knob unfortunately. Josh, a manager made the swap for a new one easy and still honored the discounted price. He was super friendly too.

Nothing that made GC what it used to be remains might as well be Walmart selling musical gear Every guitar I played was out of tune even the platinum room guitars..smh and the salespersons were about as welcoming as showing up to a biker event uninvited..

Great place to look for a new instrument. They have some good deals over here. Some instruments have a "we beat any price" tag which allows you to check online for a lower price and they'll beat it. Not sure if they beat all online prices. The bass guitars were a little more expensive than their equivalent online. Great place to try new instruments.

Four employees at desk and my son could not get any assistance. Two employees couldn't answer his questions & two employees on the phone. One guy had a problem with him on the drums and didn't say a thing to other playing after him.

Purchased a guitar and wanted to take some lessons. I walked into the store and I do understand that it is a music store but extremely loud. And no one offered to help me with anything. The guitar cases doesn't have price on them and you to wait until you get to the register to see the price. Midway through my transaction the guy checking me out just leaves and goes missing. So I'm standing around looking for him. Went online to schedule a lesson it was was a extremely high price like $130 for a 30 min session and it wasn't even at the guitar center I picked. Tried to talk to a person that was behind the counter where it noted lessons or some sort and he told me to hang on and stayed on the phone for about 10 plus minutes. I left and came back and he was still on the phone. Very horrible customer service no one offered to help or even said "can I help you with SOMETHING."
