Best burger I've eaten in a long time. I was in Atlanta for the weekend and was super hungry. So I decided to go to Ponce City Market for lunch. My burger was so good!! 10 out of 10

$66.39 for a warmed up, dead dry chicken sandwich, a freshly cooked hamburger with no seasoning of any kind, one order of overcooked cold fries, and a second order of very hot but very soggy and extremely salty fries. What a joke. We went here because we were seeing a show at the Roxy and needed a quick bite, I would have preferred Antico but didn't want to carry around the leftovers. What a mistake. Their soda machines weren't working so we paid $8 each for a 20 oz bottled Coke, plus the absolutely awful meal described above. All of the sandwiches were pre-made and underneath heat lamps, but because I got my burger with nothing on it they had to cook it fresh. I guess that's a good thing, but it was still awful. We choked the sandwiches down, ate a couple of fries each and then they went in the trash. I've always heard really good things about H&F, I won't ever eat at this one again and I doubt I will try the main one after this experience.

I ordered the Original and was underwhelmed. It was not freshly prepared as it given to me right away. The meat was dried out and the fries were meh. They also didn’t charge me correctly for what I ordered so always ask for a receipt from this place. The price is also insane considering what you get. I wouldn’t get food from here again. Just eat before you go into ballpark.

Favorite tradition--we make a beeline for H and F every time we go see the Braves play. We don't usually eat red meat, but these burgers are worth the splurge.

I’ve had the original Holeman & Finch burger. I’ve had the ones at Ponce City Market. I’ve had the ones at Turner Field. All fantastic. I tried these at a World Series game back in 2021 and it tasted like a generic ballpark burger. I went to a game last night and decided to give it another shot, waited 20 minutes in line and paid $20 for a very burnt burger. Half of it tasted ok. But how do you send this out of the kitchen? It was a bit crunchy. Never trying these again. It’s a shame because a true H&F burger is amazing.I will admit the shirts that the staff all wear is awesome at least.

I love a good cheeseburger and have heard so much hype about the famed H & F burger. Visiting Truist Park for a Braves game, what a great time for a burger. I was so disappointed. Bland, dry, tasteless. Please don't waste your time. The Dasani had more flavor. The fries were okay. Everything was lukewarm. Everything needed salt. None offered. A waste of $30. No seating. Had to find a seat near the pavilion.

Not as good as it was in turner field, the bun tasted straight out of the bag and the burger was dry.A little let down as I've had these at turner field and ponce market and for $20 you expect it to be great as it is/ was in the other locations.

Burgers used to be incredible here. The past two times I’ve been they’ve been horrible.

Long gone are the days when H&F was a symbol of tasty ballpark food. You can now file this under overpriced and incredibly underwhelming. $20 for a burger and small amount of fries. And I'm talking about the 2 driest patties I've seen in a very long time. I would think in the quick turning assembly line operation they've got going on they'd want to take those things off the grill asap but no, slightly burnt on the outside, absolutely overcooked inside. Trash, avoid at all costs.

Had a ballpark, it was terrible, dry and tasteless. Took one bite and put it in the trash. The fries were not any better. Do not waste your $18 dollars.Features: Ballpark

This is not the same quality food as H&F location in Ponce City Market. Horrible quality - if they serve you your food in less than 1 min, know it's been sitting under a heat lamp.

i am not usually one to do reviews, but this is probably one of the worst services i have ever received. my food was given 20 minutes before my friends (paid under the same card) and when i spoke to someone my good being cold, several workers laughed and they refused to give me a new sandwich. i was given new fries that were cold, while several worker were looking and laughing at me. another worker came up to me making a disgusting remark putting me in a very uncomfortable position. wouldn’t recommend going alone.

Simply amazing food and service! This was our final stop on our adventurous five year anniversary date night. The food was so incredibly delicious and ournserver was out of this world amazing. You could tell that had been in the restaurant industry awhile because we had the best service I have had in a very very long time. Can't wait to come back!

Don’t go here if you are allergic to dairy or lactose intolerant. Menu says “made to order” and no substitutions. I did not want a substitution, all I asked is for no cheese on my $18 burger.I was told no it comes as is. Hardly “made to order!”

Chicken Sandwich- DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCRS. When they ran out of burgers I opted for the Chicken sandwich. E-me. Never have I experienced a sandwich so totally devoid of any discernible flavor. Moreover, it was hard, chewy and dry. A microwaved frozen store-bought patty of compressed, processed faux chicken would be light years better than this dreck. Then it stuck in my gut for hours. My friend could not eat hers. She aptly pointed out it was cooked on Saturday, warmed up on Monday, then on Tuesday, then on Wednesday and served on Thursday. Creatures this tasteless do not deserve to die. Memo to H&F- get this disgraceful insult to chicken sandwiches off your menu! It is tarnishing your name. While you are at it, be sure to fire the people who put it on the menu.Burger- It is one of the better items at Truist. It comes with fries that travel well without becoming inedible. I wish they would use real cheese though.Hot Dog used to be good, but they changed it about a year ago and it is no longer on my go to list.Burger- It is one of the better items at Truist.
