First off I'd love to share a photo of this delicious meal but unfortunately woofed it down before I could do that! LOL!My Thoughts:The Original - I had the original burger and I gotta say it was pretty excellently cooked. Burger wasn't too big or too small. For this spot on. The two patties were perfect. Not overcooked or undercooked. They had a very fresh flavor that was juicy & delicious with perfect texture. The burger patties paired well with the bun which was soft and flavorful. I only added lettuce and tomato and swapped out the mustard for mayonnaise. And thank goodness they used bread and butter pickles on this amazing sandwich and not dill pickles! Overall a great burger!Beer Battered Onion Rings - I accompanied my burger with the Beer Battered Onion Rings. As good as the burger was (and it was good) I gotta say that the onion rings stole the show. Truly the perfect onion ring. With most onion rings you bite into them and either you pull the onion out of the breading or the breading falls off of the onion on the first bite. This onion ring had the perfect bite. The onion was tender enough that you could easily bite through it while the batter used was fried to perfection so that you could easily bite through without it falling apart. This is one of the rare occasions I could actually take multiple bites into an onion ring without it falling apart or pulling the onion out before I was finished. Again, perfection! Well done!Service - The service very much suits the food. Very good! The staff was friendly and attentive.Overall:This is a great meal and a great choice for my lunch today. Highly recommend it! I'll have to try the Fried Apple Hand Pie the next time!

I wanted to like it. I’m going to rate this as “fair” and I’ll explain why. I was super hungry and was so happy that I was able to dine so close to my hotel that I was staying at after arriving from the airport. Ponce City Market food is probably on the pricier side (understandably). My review is what it is because I paid $16+ for a double burger with small sized patties. I also ordered a side salad and the lettuce was wilted to the point where I tasted it in every bite. I ate around the bad lettuce but had to give it back. They make a big deal about making their ketchup in house which tasted good. I ordered a BW milkshake, which hit the spot. For a Ponce City Market eatery, I was expecting more in the quality of food and presentation. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, which turned me off a bit. I’m not sure if I’d eat here again to be honest.

It was convenient with minimal menu. Did not have the burger so can't speak to that. Salad with chicken was good, not spectacular. I did enjoy the chopped pickles on it though.

Portion size for ants? $22 for a less than half filled, unflavorful cheesesteak and fries. The cheesesteak at Woody’s is half the price for 2x the flavor and food. Take your business to any other place in Ponce City Market if you’re hungry. Also, Atrium makes a better burger with fries included.

look H&f HANDS down had the best burger, it is very obvious to me that there has been a recipe change, I frequently came here and would rave to all my friends about it and now it’s mediocre at best and I hate that, I’m now on the hunt for a new burger spot

I was really disappointed. I wanted to love it. The food was very underwhelming. The burger was NOTHING to write home about. Fries were mid. The milkshake had a weird after taste and the beer was warm (from the tap!)

Giving 1 star because is the minimum. We sat there for a while and nobody acknowledged us, and the place wasn't busy. Server had super bad attitude.

Great burgers, service, and atmosphere (setting and other patrons were friendly). A bit pricey, parking was a slight barrier, and there is no map of stores for the complex. One has to ask, and ask, and ask for directions to H&F Burger.

The burgers are now $17 and they changed the formula. The bread is not the same and the paddies were dry. It felt like a $1 value meal from McDonald’s. Save your money and go to some place better like Hero donuts. Their burger is what this one should be.

I came here because I read it was one of the best burgers in America. I ordered the original. The verdict: it was a pretty decent burger. Better than the average cheeseburger but nothing that blew my mind. The burger could be more juicy like medium rare and melt in my mouth. I like the cheese. I got takeout so I didn’t eat at the restaurant.

Overall, not a bad first experience here. The burger I had was fantastic, I just wish there were a larger variety to choose from. The service was also subpar but we got our food so that’s all that matters.

The restaurant is located in Ponce City Market which has tons of stores and restaurants. The burger was good as was the service.
