These guys used to be pretty cool. Now not so much with their new return policy. Now you have to pay for shipping it back and you have to pay a 10% stocking fee definitely will not be buying from them ever again. Looks like Amazon is the only way to go.

Kingsley was a true professional in helping me with my return for an exchange. I explained I didn’t read the description fully and the lights I ordered didn’t fit, in a matter of minutes he had labels made for return postage with confirmation/tracking. Now I have the correct lights on the way, stress free transaction!

I have experienced three headlight failures two of which turn off and on randomly while one completely melted. Dealing with the customer service has been very frustrating as they require you to go through many complicated steps just to make a claim. It feels like a waste of time and energy. For anyone looking for reliable headlights I strongly recommend choosing Lasfit instead. They offer better quality products and a much smoother customer experience.

I'm more than happy with the lights, customer service is awesome they are been super helpful
Even when you make a claim on something they still working with you making everything easy.
I have closer to 3 years with my lights with the only issue
One of the lens of one of the lens start getting yellow and I was ready to purchase another cheap set from ebay but I get on contact with them first and I have a new replacement and I can stop looking at my truck every time I stop,

Can't get back in contact with them after problem and promised return they have still not processed. First item was really poor and failed to work more than one day. Fair. It's not their product. But they said they will return and won't send me info on how to shop back or process.
The replacement set I ordered I didn't get part of my order. Again I reach out. First closed for holiday (they could have told me my credit processing would take a little while if they were closing for a week. Now I reply to a very recent email telling me to contact them. They are closed due to pending storm.
It's been three weeks and I'm now out over $1k with no idea when or if a promise to make it right will happen.

Avoid these scammers! Read the other neg reviews. Its accurate. 6 months and still no refund despite numerous emails stating refund is approved.

I purchased a morimoto headlight for Toyota tundra límited 2017 on 2023 and I have some issue with the lights and I call customer service and speak with one of the technicians Alan and he take care of my problems without any issues and I was so impressed by the way they did everything that I definitely recommend it 💯.

I just purchased a 55watt hid conversion kit from you. I am extremely happy with the buying process, the customer service and shipping. To top it all off I received my order yesterday and was kind of skeptical about package care since a bad experience with one of your competitors. However, I opened the box and your products were beautifully packaged individually and tight in the box. After assembly everything worked perfectly with zero issues. My only gripe is you want to call it that would be that it would be nice to have gotten some install directions since not everyone is as smart as me! Thank you so much for the easy website and quick responses. Best of luck with this venture and I hope to do a lot of business with you in the future.

I was skeptical to spend over $200 for headlight replacement bulbs for my 2017 Lincoln Navigator when I was not sure they would be any better. I was afraid the only way to get updated, bright lighting was by replacing the entire units, projected to cost thousands of dollars.
I trusted your advice that they would work, and be brighter.
A local shop replaced the bulbs for me and the difference is night and day. I am very pleased with the results. You helped select the correct bulbs and shipped them, even through a hurricane and they are worth every penny.

Replaced my stock Halogen Running/Fog Lights on my 2020 Black Midnight Edition Ram 1500 , with a set of LED bulbs from Headlight Revolution . ( Also swapped out the Stock Turn Signal Bulbs with a set of LEDs from HR ) These LEDs are far brighter and have a better light pattern also . No Hyper Flashing issues over the past two weeks since I installed them . So it looks like we’re good to go ! Great Products from HR !

Bought VERY expensive headlight bulbs from these guys. Bulbs came defective, rendering them impossible to orientate to the correct position (very important with LED bulbs). Took a minute to reach customer service, but it was well worth the wait. They solved my problem no questions asked, and got the return and replacement bulbs handled. UPDATE: Thought this was handled, but customer service dropped the ball. After a MONTH of waiting for communication, including unanswered follow-up emails, I called back to threaten credit card chargeback. They are nice folks on the phone, but follow-up is SERIOUSLY lacking. They promised a return set is coming. I'll update when/if I receive them. I want to like this company, but coming from a customer service/self-employment background, this company seems to be lacking either the personnel or the training necessary to deliver on their promise.
UPDATE: This is long overdue: I DID receive the replacement headlights after this exchange, and I am pleased with their support and integrity.

Spent Hundreds Of Dollars On Morimoto LED. In Less Than A Month Over Half Have Failed. They (or morimoto) will NOT respond to emails. AVOID Both Of These Companies. Never Again!

I experienced a warranty issue, reverse light and mud lights failure for my 2008 Tundra. I called HR spoke to Christopher he replaced my items with no hassle. He made me so comfortable with HR I placed an additional order for interior cabin lights. I must mention specifically Christopher as a warranty specialist and the team he works with. This team demostrates professional customer excellence and explain the process of completing the customer responsibility in terms of disgarding and validation of a damaged product. As easy as taken a picture or video. HR provides me with the security that they stand by the products they sell, and if yu have an issue they do not give you a maze to navigate to replace or refund you as a customer. GREAT EXPERIENCE. A failure that turned into a win !!
