I had been looking for maybe over a year for the right Lexus SUV for me, in September, I visited this location and was connected with Jared Hodges. He was nice and courteous but the car for me was not on the lot at the time, Jared followed up with me a couple times thereafter and tried to arrange with me to come back to take another look but my work schedule wouldn't allow it as I live about 2 and a half hours away; Jared was very patient with me! I planned another trip down to the dealership in November and Jared jumped right back in to help me when I showed up unannounced. Again, he was very patient, professional and personable. The car I came to see was at a sister dealership so Jared drove us in a very nice Lexus GX SUV about 30 minutes away to the other lot to do a test drive. The test drive was great, I loved the 2022 NX 250 Premium immediately and decided that it was the one for me! Jared was helpful throughout the entire process, I give him 5 stars.My only issue was the financing, while the lady who helped me was great and explained things, I was not satisfied with the rate that I received given my excellent high 700's to 800+ credit score (I think this was out of her control so no fault against her). I'm not sure that the rate I received through Lexus Financial was the best that they could do, I will be refinancing with my credit union or another bank as soon as possible.

I came to Hennessy Lexus to sell my Lexus--with no intentions of buying a new car. The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was helpful and attentive the entire process. I even needed to move my original appointment day of, and they accommodated quickly. The offer I received was well explained and within the fair market value I expected. If you ever need to purchase, sell, or service your car, I would highly recommend this dealership. Special shoutout to Omar who help me out!

I’d like to highlight the experience my mom recently had with the service advisor Ryan. My mom was driving through Atlanta and her battery died on the trip. She dropped her car at this dealership without an appointment after the service department was closed. The next morning, her car was ready within two hours of the service department opening. Ryan noticed that she had out of town plates and made sure to prioritize her repair so she could get back on the road. He also made sure that he checked everything else on the car so that she would reach her destination safely. I can’t say how much this means to me. Thank you so much to this dealership and to Ryan specifically!

Service Department - I had been getting my vehicle serviced at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for a while and all things were good up until my most recent experience.I decided to complete the survey that they email out after you get your vehicle serviced. The survey asks you to rate various items on a scale of 1-5. I responded honestly and gave them mostly 4's because the experience was absolutely satisfactory but not amazing. I would consider a rating of "5" to be an "above and beyond" situation. Anyways, after giving them good feedback, I received a phone call from my service advisor asking me why I didn't give them a perfect rating. When I explained my reasoning, he let me know they he was disappointed and that I had basically screwed him over. It was a very uncomfortable phone call. I apologized and asked him If there was anything I could do to fix it and he told me that it was too late. I have now had to find a new dealership to get my vehicle serviced with because I do not feel comfortable going back to Hennessy after that encounter on the phone with the advisor. Im not sure if he will try to do something to "get back" at me over the 4 out of 5 star review. It sounds absurd but he really sounded very upset on the call.

I had the best car-buying experience that I have ever encountered of the many that I have made. My Salesman, Jean, was professional, knowledgeable, personable; making all efforts to satisfy my purchase requirements and assuring that I had a great car-shopping experience. I purchased my car from Hennessey-- a gift to myself-- and I am extremely satisfied!

Enjoyed my experience here. Yasmin Santos made it enjoyable. Didn't feel pressured. I was in/out at a reasonable timeframe. The test drive was comfortable as she made us feel in charge of our choice. The entire team was welcoming and accommodating. My daughter loves her car!!!

Why does this place have 3 stars?!? Serious question!!?I've been coming to this place since 2017 and I can confidently say no one does service like Hennessy Lexus- especially this location. I've come here for several maintenance requirements for my car and I'm always taken care of and at ease throughout the entire process. Obviously as a female you might get nervous when stepping foot into a dealership because you're afraid of getting duped into fixing something you'd car doesn't need but I've never experienced that here. In fact, I feel so looked after every time I have to come here. Although I live In Savannah now, I still only get my service done at Hennessy Lexus. The care is just top notch and I'm always given a loaner car so that I don't even have to be without a vehicle while my car is getting looked at. I'm so thankful for them.My service rep Todd Marmontello is AMAZING. He is literally like family and goes above and beyond. Even if I ever have any questions, or concerns, I can just reach out to him and he always takes care of me. I know, I'm so lucky!! Also Daniel in service is great as well. He also takes the best care of me from start to finish. I really feel like vip here. I just want to thank the entire Lexus family for all they do.Final verdict: obviously I'll be back! This is the only place I trust! I'm glad to be apart of the Hennessy Lexus family!

We have always had wonderful service at Hennessy Lexus and enjoyed the great staff and ability. I want to add today a review of their body shop. We have been through a long process, as anyone who has had an accident today knows about. Between insurance companies trying to get out of paying and interviewing body shops, you just want to scream. We can't say enough about Hennessy Repair Shop. They did everything right. They helped get insurance to comply, fixed our bumper etc perfectly, kept us informed on progress and helped With transportation several times during our wait. We especially want to mention Andrea Morrello, Liz Ramos and the shop manager for going above and beyond in completion of project, kindness and ability. We know the others in the shop need a high five too! Plus that's the cleanest our Lexus has looked ever!

I went for an oil change and was told my coolant was empty and I had a leak and needed a new water pump - cost $1699.. I declined and went to a privately owned Lexus automotive shop and they pressure tested and did a full analysis and found no issues with my water pump. Being a female I feel Hennessy Lexus is trying to take advantage. Never accept this work without a second opinion ladies!

We had a very good experience at Hennessy Lexus buying a used sweet 2020 BMW convertible M240I. You could not ask for a better salesman than Mustafa Yousri! I believe he was double booked, but he took very good care of us. We also found the sales manager Craig to be quite helpful and very respectful. Meeting with the finance people is never great and I can’t recall his name but we actually learned a lot from our finance manager. I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a car.

The service team is exceptional. My interaction with Jorge, the service representative, was truly impressive. He displayed great empathy when I arrived, upset about a recent service problem, and promptly took action to address it. Jorge went the extra mile by having the mechanic, Matt, accompany me on a test drive to pinpoint the source of the noise. Matt's professionalism shone through, and he promptly took the car in for resolution. This team is outstanding!

Called to get some info on a replacement key fob. Parts guy was great. Gave me the price of the part and said I needed to chat with service for price on programming. He transferred me and the lady who answered took my name and number and told me she would have a service rep call me back. Never heard anything. Taking my car to Nalley.
